      It just depends on your carb sensitivity and activity level! But sweet potatoes are definitely a better starch option than other refined and higher GL starches.

    What if I don’t really eat red meat but I do eat chicken but not very much. I like vegetables so do you have a recipe that has chicken and vegetables. My stomach doesn’t handle spicy things. Can you help me out please

    Thanks Autumn, great information and video. We really need to start eating bone broth. A lot of veggies have oxalates too. Plus fiber has been proven to be non beneficial for your bathroom needs😊

    I was hearing a talk on a similar subject and the instructor was saying yes some vitamins are lost when cooking vegetables but you don’t lose minerals. Good information thank you autumn ❤.

    I was so happy to see My grocery store actually carries kettle and fire but the containers are way smaller than the ones I see here
