We lost the weight and gained – Stronger bodies, deeper love, better parents, more energy for LIFE.
We’ve been on our journeys at different times, and have both gone through a lot mentally, emotionally, and physically together through the years, but the one thing that’s been consistent is prioritizing building each other up.
💡 Pro tip: If your relationship feels off, start with your health. When you feel your best, you show up better for each other.

You mean you became better parents? This reads as though your own parents became better to you because you lost weight..
I’m honestly not sure how it reads that way? 🤔
@LoveSweatFitness It’s because the sentence structure isn’t parallel. If you separate each piece, it says, “We gained stronger bodies. We gained deeper love. We gained better parents. We gained more energy for life.” Does that make sense?
You can rewrite as “We lost the weight and gained (insert the rest) and became better parents.”
