Hi Katie and I’m from Missouri how would I get the my weight off a year ago? I had a hysterectomy
I’m 4”11 and I use to weigh 169 pounds and now I weigh 113.6 now and what made me lose all of my weight bc I didn’t like how I feel and I knew I was overweight and unhealthy and I can feel I was unhealthy so I went on my diet and eat healthy I pretty much ate the same thing over and over again everyday and I ate 500 to 800 calories everyday and I drink a meal replacement 2 a day and I do my workout I do my treadmill and I do my workouts on the move app I try to do it everyday but I’m always moving my body 24/7 and i cut out all sugar and I don’t drink soda anymore and I didn’t go out to fast food place or restaurants and now I’m trying to get rid of my lose skin and gain muscle now and I lose all of my weight in 6 to 8 months and I lose all of my weight almost a year ago now and I love my new weight and I love my body now and I’m working on my getting rid of my lose skin and gain muscle now. And I’m 27 years old. And I have thyroid problems and I had thyroid surgery 15 years ago.
Congrats everyone! Loved the SSD, and the May Challenge is going well. I started it at 1 mile a day and now I’m up to 4 miles daily! So excited about this shift. Squashing my goal of 10-15k steps per day. Thanks Katie and Team LSF! 🎉
