Just the heart m. I always eat the whole artichoke. At least the stuff off the leaves and then the heart. My favorite I would have artichokes every week if I could

When you polarize something in a smoothie you reduce the fiber content. I think I’ll order some cacao nibs and eat them straight in a plane yoghurt. Thank you for the info and I’m going to find those basil seeds!

  • @Alwaysadventuringg says:

Can you eat cacao nibs while pregnant? I feel I saw somewhere not to

  • @WhyNotWalkIt says:

Yes, but basil seeds can be very, very bitter

  • @ChocolateMonkeh says:

If anyone has trouble finding basil seeds you can check a local Indian market, they are called tukmaria or tukmalenga, they’re also way cheaper than if you bought them at a health food store or online. 😊 they’re commonly used in drinks and desserts

Is edible basil seeds okay to consume while pregnant?
