    I am so grateful for your content! My sister is an RD in Ohio and always recommends your videos. Could you explore dairy-free/ plant based alternatives for Greek yogurt and cottage cheese? I want to utilize the beneficial elements of both but lactose intolerance gets in the way. Any recommendations for alternatives would be greatly appreciated!

      I have seen people make vegan ricotta and also scrambled tofu which has a satisfying texture close to ricotta too.
      (i didn’t know about that until recently so i felt the urge to share !! 😊)

      Btw also smoothies based on legumes and bananas or dates are so creamy and protein packed 😊 !!! Epic Mint Leaves gives really cool recipes of such smoothies. I love the cocoa + peanuts / roasted sesame/cashew with chickpeas, that one it tastes like snickers :-oo

      There’s good plant-based yogurts out there, though they might not be as thick as greek yogurt, maybe plant-based skyr would work. Cottage cheese I don’t really have a solution for

      Maybe there are lactose-free Greek yogurt and cottage cheese brands near you? I’ve been able to find them at my local grocery stores.

      @@kiwiequis4144 she really is lmao almond flour to cut carbs almond flour is only (4 net carbs) Krema yogurt full fat yogurt 1 tbsp is 1g net carbs. 3 rasberries is 1 net carb. and her protein shake is minimal carbs as well Overall she only had 7 carbs total with this. lmao pls check urself before commenting.

    My sister has stage 4 Breast cancer as diagnosis with mets to lymph nodes, diabetes and later developed a rare form call Medullary thyroid cancer,she have just 2 years to live and she never been this scared to die, she just 37, i cry everyday wishing for a miracle to happen. i don’t know why I’m saying this here. put me in your prayers.

      im really sorry. i’ve was in such situation 15 months ago. i had just 2 months to live till a friend told me about a healer who helped me. She cured me, I don’t know how she did it. but i owe her my life. she’s the reason i’m alive today.
