Thank you for making these “ what I order” blogs. Was the lettuce wrap a special request, or do they have lettuce wraps as an option? If it was a special request, did you request iceberg lettuce, or is that what they had available? I hope these questions don’t seem overdone. Sometimes, I see a sandwich I’d like to try but don’t see a low-carb option. If I go in with a plan in place, I feel like I have a better shot at getting what I want😅

Am I not eating enough maybe? Of course I am 57 years old so I guess it’s a little bit different for me because my body and hormones have changed tremendously over the last five years. Would love to see you dive into how hormones can affect weight gain after menopause. Especially for those of us who follow you and eat the way you have suggested, lift weights, and watch how much cardio we do. I think it would be an interesting video.
