Watching you thrive.. Healthy and happy… Is inspiring to me😊❤️ The past 3 years have been so hard for me. Caribg for my son with a potentially life-threatening adverse reaction to the covid vaccine… My mom had a stroke… Then 6 months later fell and got compound fracture of her leg above her ankle had surgery and learned to walk again. … And 4 months ago she fell.. Ended up in rehab again… And came home for 4 days….. And had to be taken back to hospital… She lived 4 days… And went to be with Father…due to her heart weakening. All to say… I have gained over 40 lbs of exhaustion.. Sadness and despair…as a care-taker who ultimately had no control to truly help my beloved ones… Only Father in Heaven kept me going and the promise of His healibg power and Love….. And now I find myself in a self-dug pit… That I’m trying to crawl out of….. And… Believe it or not… 2 healthy young adults in Canada inspire a 56 year-old woman from the south in America❤ to see herself gaining her health back through vegetarianism… And exercise. Precious!! And laughter too…..

I am so sorry to hear this. I sure hope your son can recover 100%. That is terrible that happened, but he is lucky to have you. Don’t be too hard on yourself, do your best in the situation you are given. We can’t always be in our best shape especially when caring for others. I am sure you will bounce back as well.
