What I Ate to Lose 45 pounds | full day of eating

Here is a typical day of eating for me and how I ate to lose 45 pounds. Portions slightly change depending on my goals, but my meals are typically super similar to help me eat healthy, tone my body, and burn fat.

      Have you tried mine?? It’s the least I’ve ever had. It’s still food so there is going to be some texture but it’s so minimal. Make sure to mix with enough milk or water

      Figuring out portions is the hardest for me. My calorie counter shows that I would gain weight just by having more than 60 grams of protein/day🙄 is this true?
