Have you tried mine?? Itโs the least Iโve ever had. Itโs still food so there is going to be some texture but itโs so minimal. Make sure to mix with enough milk or water
Figuring out portions is the hardest for me. My calorie counter shows that I would gain weight just by having more than 60 grams of protein/day๐ is this true?
