@@warrenstringham415 durianrider may be experienced and also know a lot of valuable information, but he has spoken and acted so contradictorily so often that I wouldn’t take him particularly seriously.. plus he doesn’t know everything and everyone.

This is why he’s been exposing all these vegan influencers like Nimai, Derek, John Penus, and that other vegan dude out of San Diego with acne all over his face.

congrats on getting so many new subs! i have been watching you for years now, you deserve it! also love that you don’t change. i mean, of course you change! don’t get me wrong!, but like – you stay true to who you are and you have a clear style and vision and i just love that, you have such a great channel. when i say you don’t change i mean it in the best way, you are who you are if you know what i mean? i appreciate you don’t do anything crazy or whatever to attract subs, you just stay in your own lane and people come to you and stay naturally because you are so good to watch. have a good day!

Yeah right so simple when people find out I’m vegan they always ask but how what do you eat but is easier then what they think once you get the hang of it. You never run out of food you can easily put something together in no time as long as you have the essentials. It was a really fun video thank you.🌱🪴💚

I really enjoy watching your eat in a day blogs. I’m a single mom and so it’s just nice seeing other adults eating the same way as me- and so inspiring!
I was vegan for 5 years from 19-24. Then became brain washed but everyone around me including my doctor that i was “dying”. The problem was is i wasnt doing it right. During this time freelee the banana girl had a bug impact on me and i believe the reason why i failed and became sick was because again i didnt do it right.
Fast forward i am now 28, i have become vegan again.. and this time i am doing it RIGHT. my energy is way better, my back pain caused by my herniated disc injury from last year all of my inflammation has decreased and my sleep and mood is amazing.
My husband now wants to transition after getting him to watch game changers and you are what you eat on netflix.
And I recommend this amazing channel to him! Thank you for everything you do!!!!!
That’s great to hear! What does your typical day of eating vegan look like? I was vegan then vegetarian for almost six years then last year decided to eat meat again because I had health issues and was frustrated with the doctor’s in my area and no nutritionists around, no helpful. So I gave in to eating meat, it’s been a year. I felt slightly better but now I am having major gut issues again. I had gut issues when I wasn’t eating meat too. But I’ve been thinking to fully go vegan. I totally understand, I feel like I didn’t do it right either ( I ate vegan 90 percent of the time and I say vegetarian because I ate only cheese).
well done for ‘fixing’ yourself without resorting to the next faddy diet! Too many people flip flop from diet to diet without ever working out whats wrong.
I was vegan for 7yrs before I started having problems. I had blood tests and tracked all my calories/nutrients for several months to find out where I was going wrong. Once I knew and could supplement I have honestly never felt better in my life (at the age of 50! LOL).
I’m coming up on being vegan for 3 years and I wanted to say that the vegan community gets a lot of backlash and it’s very misunderstood but you’re always there to prove them wrong. Your channel has helped me and others out a lot and I want to thank you for that. Keep it up! 👊
