What I eat in a day (high protein edition) from a hypo girlie who lost 45 lbs!

This is how I eat to stay lean, energized & actually satisfied!

Starting the day with 20–30g of protein has been a game-changer for my energy, cravings, and honestly just how I feel overall. I’m not snacking all morning or reaching for sugar because I’m full and fueled. I also bump up my carbs around my workouts to give my body the extra boost it needs and it makes a huge difference in my workouts + recovery.

AND I never skip my digestive enzyme DEBLOAT capsules before meals to help reduce bloat and keep my digestion on point.
