Lost 4 pounds. Need to loose the last 20 and keep it off.
Good job, Autumn!❤
I drink half-caf and I drink it black. I don’t like it “keto” and I don’t like it sweet. It’s one of the few things I feel I do well!
I use to have coffee 1st thing in the morning & it’ll be black ,until I came across your channel. Now I have my keto coffee post workout, close to breaking my fast.
That’s called covering all the angles. Thank you Autumn for the in-depth look at coffee. Amazing! By the way you look so confident. Just had to say it 😊❤️🇨🇦
Morning coffee with grassmilk, cinnamon, allulose, monk fruit, and organic vanilla or pumpkin extract is my favorite part of the morning!
Love my decaf in the morning with collagen and creatine. ❤ Thank you Autumn for all the great information
How do you survive motherhood without 2nd cup of coffee around 2-3pm 😭?
I’m not a mom because I’m a guy; however, I find that if I drink caffeine after 1-2PM then I don’t sleep as well at night. It might create a bad feedback loop for ya, if your body needs sleep instead of coffee. Thinking back to having a child under 9 months old, I don’t remember it being possible to sleep through the night anyway, so just forget my comment actually.
SSSSooo, what was that soup in the pretty red/orange bowl with the lid? It looks pretty fantastic. I like my coffee without sweetener, sometimes black, sometimes with whipping cream.
Mushrooms coffee is my morning beverage of choice.
Thanks Autumn. I’d love to hear an evaluation of green tea. For a few years now I cannot tolerate full coffee and drink only decaf. But I can drink green tea without negative side effects.
You are so hard to listen to! Stop mumbling and RUSHING!!!
fresh home brewed coffee, stevia, vanilla extract, Nutpods unsweetened creamer. Perfect macros.
4:49 … Monk Fruit Extract is a nice alternative…. Oh.. you said that right when I was typing, but now I’m committed to this comment.
Had to switch to decaf years ago..I am a slow metabolizer, my sleep was poor and the caffeine was causing digestive issues. Good Swiss water decaf for me.
I’m caffeine sensitive. Decaf works for me. 😊
The older you are the less benfit you get from it. It can even hurt your bone health. Still love love it.
Great info, thank you.
