What are your opinions on how this affects the microbiome given its now more pre-digested? There are conflicting arguments for and against eating foods in their solid form verses liquified.
I thought smoothies aren’t high in fibre because you grind up the plant food
no fiber doesn’t get ground up in a blender
You are thinking of juice. You lose the fiber when you juice things. Smoothies have the entire fruit, the fiber doesn’t dissappear.
