Might not be tasty, but it would really piss off my ED if I chugged it, so I guess I’d do it

    • @notwellthought says:

right, it would have been a true challenge

    • @GenesiisHirasawa801 says:

Good for recovery. I hope you can get the hang of your ED. I had been recovered from my ED for more than 3 years and the freedom you get is amazing, is worth it and possible. ❤ yet it is so easier to maintain a weight now. Having a ED damages the metabolism and your weight is constantly changing thing that is damaging for the body

  • @katiekilgore6319 says:

I agree with adding some fruit and making a smoothie, may have to try something like this because im terrible about eating well because im ADHD and just grab whatever is easiest usually but if i pack in as much nutrients as I can early I won have to worry just be careful not to end up eating too much

  • @8happyperson says:

my mom makes something similar for my grandma every morning because her appetite is really low and it’s an easy way to get a lot of calories and nutrients in but she makes it sweet with some banana and chocolate because my grandma loves sweets and will drink it all that way.

  • @rinvfx says:

this is how kids with low appetite get their calories during he bulk lol

  • @autumnmusic22 says:

If I did this, I’d be eating waaaay over my caloric deficit if Im gonna be eating throughout the day.

    • @kk65275 says:

tbh I eat a high calorie mixture (1200) early in the day, everyday, and I promise you you’d probably not eat the much after anyways

    • @autumnmusic22 says:

@@kk65275 you under estimate my hunger throughout the day lol

    • @karynstouffer3562 says:

Me too! I’d be starving all day if I did this, then try to keep under my limit for the day. This is not going to keep a person full for the entire day.

People who are saying that you won’t need much for the rest of the day have not felt metabolic syndrome hunger. /s

    • @autumnmusic22 says:

@@karynstouffer3562 Im not gonna knock on someone’s eating habits as everybody’s bodies are different and have different needs. What may work for one person is not gonna work for another

    • @karynstouffer3562 says:

@@autumnmusic22 Um, okay. I was actually agreeing with you, and not knocking anyone or anything. I was just saying that maybe a couple of comments I saw were a little bit “blanketing”, with the idea that something like this “drink” would satisfy someone for an entire day.

That’s all. Sorry if my earlier comment ruffled feathers. Was not my intent.

  • @alyssamonique4120 says:

    You LOVE this trio

  • @alyssamonique4120 says:

“We have that at home” sounds so good but Keith you must be in it

  • @makinka0cp says:

Some people just don’t like food 😂

  • @emmysrandomcrafts says:

    I would Love this!

  • @EggHeist says:

I honestly love to front load my calories for the day. It helps me take time to prepare meals later and not let myself get so hungry I just end up grazing on stuff I don’t really want, it’s just “convenient”.

    • @wat5709 says:

I’m the opposite I like to save most of my calories for later in the day bcuz that’s usually when I’m more hungry and have cravings. I don’t get hungry in the morning

  • @sofia899 says:

    I’d poop my pants.

  • @somethingillregret says:

I might be wrong here and would love for someone to correct me if so, but the math isnt mathing on that 900 cal claim. Thats one large cup of ingredients that are all around 200-300 calories for a full cup, so unless it is literally half olive oil (which didnt look to be the case, she only put two table spoons in) then it would be closer to 400-500 cal max.

  • @rondamorris3550 says:

I want to watch this but have to do it with subtitles because the fast forward talking for the inset clip is giving me anxiety. I want to tell the person “FFS take a breath” and now I am suddenly my great grandad trying to listen to me at age 12 and him just shaking his head and trying to keep up. 😂 Gawd I’m old now. 🤦🏼‍♀️ 🤣

  • @jocelyn764 says:

It’s not so much a smoothie I believe as it is a cereal. Similar grain and seed packets can be found at Asian grocery stores, and are served after pouring hot water in them. They usually consist of more grains, but I’m sure she added primarily seeds for the extra calorie boost.

  • @BadHattie says:

As someone who has a Korean mom of her own….the suffering/lack of enjoyment is kind of the point. Food = medicine, and medicine should taste terrible.

  • @Asdfghjkl-pb1ir says:

They actually sell something similar that’s meant to be like a tea. I’m friends with an older Korean lady and she introduced me to it. It’s very good and satiating

  • @strawbraryliberry4604 says:

I relate to trying to make concoctions like this… I’m proud she cracked the code for those of us with a sluggish appetite!

I’ve been eating “cheese soup” when I have a bad appetite, but it’s like 400 calories tops. Guess I should add a bunch of hemp seeds or something 😅

  • @krisrobinson7999 says:

That would so work for me best idea ever lol I hate taking time to eat, super hard for me to gain weight. I eat healthy when I do but I literally think everyday I wish I could just take some sort of astronaut pill that gave me everything I needed plus some weight gain and be good for the day but I also never have any appetite unless I’m pregnant 😅

  • @mahamzahid7846 says:

We have something similar in Pakistan, it’s called Panjiri and it’s dry powdered/crushed and made with all the healthiest nuts and seeds. I always ask my mom to make me a big batch and have a few tablespoons of it everyday with Greek yoghurt and berries. It’s super filling.
