      Great video thank you. Infra read saunas dont reach 70 degree celsius in my experience. Maybe newer models do. Also I was surprised to hear about the 70 Celsius for optimal results. I thought it was 90. This makes it so much easier to sit for 20 min. I guess I can just throw more water on the rocks if it gets too easy.

    I go into the sauna for 12-13 years. 70°C feels a bit “cold” and not that heavy on the body tbh. I prefer 80-85 which is a good sweet spot. Is this still fine for the benefits? I do 3 sessions/15-20mins currently every week at least.

    Wonder if climate is taken into account in those studies ie, sauna in a cold climate country VS a hot climate country

    Siim, I am from Mexico, but used to live in Sweden, some years ago, I loved Scandinavian saunas. Now I am back in Mexico, with the Wim Hof trend, a lot of people is trying the ice baths, which I found fantastic but as a woman, my body prefers long sauna sessions. I try to go into the sauna once a week, but what do you think about menstrual days and sauna or ice bath? Is there any special advice or protocol recommended? My body kind of like sauna, but not ice on those days….
