    I just got unaddicted to nicotine for the umpteenth time. I couldn’t sleep a normal night. This is a trend that needs to stop. I welcome you to use nicotine multiple times daily for six months and then make this video. Nicotine is a neurotoxin.

    Smoking kept workers awake. Now with a mysterious low sws problem I couldn’t figure out in 3 years now, not a good time to quit nicotine. Been without it, it’s not the problem.

    Great video, thanks for highlighting both the benefits and risks of nicotine. Personally, even if the benefits were more obvious and significant, I wouldn’t consider trying it. I’ve heard many addicts say that nicotine is the hardest addiction for them to quit, and some never fully manage to stop. Given that the effects are still unclear and there are potential dangers, as you pointed out, it only makes me want to steer clear of it even more.
