    Bread is life !

Leave it alone weird people !

    • @jimmymacnutrition6628 says:

Depends on the type of bread. The vast majority of people eat bread made from grains covered in glyohosate. Even if you are buying organic. The bread to eat is a host or grain free bread.

  • @reneenevermore2771 says:

I do have to say, the bread in the other clip I never would have guessed was made with beef. It looks like real bread lol

    • @TheLinguisticDove says:

Same, honestly. It’s like when a carnivore goes to the doctor and the doctor says they have perfect readings and scores UNTIL they say they are carnivore 🤦

    • @genevievepavlak5803 says:

@@TheLinguisticDovewhen and where? It’s known that a carnivore diet is terrible for your body.

    • @TheLinguisticDove says:

@@genevievepavlak5803 how is it bad for the body? Also, plenty of people on ketovore and carnivore have reversed their health issues and it shows. For example, their kidney function increases, their triglycerides decrease, their CAC scores are perfect, etc.

    • @nathanieljohnson5908 says:

@TheLinguisticDove Veganism has done the same. Usually, diets like that are used to treat a health issue. If people ate a balanced omnivore diet and cut out most added sugar and soda, there would be no need to go carnivore or keto

    • @user-kd7ch1be6u says:

@@TheLinguisticDove i think i see multiple potential issues with carnivore diet, but the first would be the lack of fiber (and ofc multiple vitamins etc.). And its just really not well researched as much as i am aware of.
But if other people want to eat like that, i dont see an issue.

  • @TheGPFilmMaker says:

Just…why?? Why would you do this??

    • @calicomm1481 says:

If you are on a low carb diet like keto. I haven’t tried it (or any other low carb breads), just keto breads from the store. Avocados are great on keto, but sometimes you just need a piece of toast! 😂

  • @jenm6977 says:

I have type one diabetes – the blood glucose rollercoaster isn’t worth it (except occasionally). I’m gonna try beef bread…

  • @margauxevans4298 says:

Oh that’s why when im on my health game I usually crave and prioritize my bread

  • @plutotoad203 says:

It probably tastes okay, there’s egg bread.

  • @nothanksmegan says:

Lil sipper is so problematic. She says she has a health condition but doesn’t say what it is…. (Spoiler it’s anorexia and orthorexia)

  • @emilyblanzy7426 says:

But it looks sooo good and fluffy 😋

  • @gigglingchicken8444 says:

As I get older, I just naturally don’t really care to eat bread and pasta much at all. The only bread I eat is when I go to my local bakery to buy a fresh loaf of sourdough, pumpernickel, or rye and enjoy every bite of it. The ricotta and jam toasts from those breads are absolutely amazing.
I get most of my fiber from oats, beans, nuts, and seeds. I would try this beef bread, but not for bread avoidance but just because I am curious about what it tastes like!

  • @tyna1384 says:

    * cries in celiac disease as someone that loved bread *

  • @pennylynch913 says:

Agree. Why knock bread. Theres worse things to eat eg take out food

  • @athenaenergyshine7616 says:

Does it taste good? Has someone try it?

  • @maydaykay2713 says:

I learned it the hard way by trying out various diets for years but in the end, I finally realised that it really comes down to ‘how much’ you consume based on ‘how active’ you are… a human body needs all the nutrients to function properly, you can’t just cut something out entirely hoping that it would magically change you…. …And also that happiness comes from carbohydrates 😂😂

  • @melissa90ify says:

With moderation and knowledge you can almost eat whatever you want and lose weight. No need to deprive myself if I have no strict limitations.

  • @LauraHickmanLauraHickman says:

You’re so lucky that wheat doesn’t cause inflammation in your body. The Dr. asked me to avoid wheat and i have less inflammation in my joints now. Actually amazing difference. Different breads for different needs.

  • @GPXgirl says:

🤣🤣🤣 most whole wheat bread people buy at the store has like 1 g of fiber. Which is probably 99% of the whole grains that people actually buy.

  • @ChrisMinusHumour says:

I love love love seeded bread. The more seeds the better.

  • @SeniorSunday says:

Your loss giving up on beef bread. You could have made a sandwich with beef bread in real bread, but you had to be a hater. If you truly loved bread, you’d lean in.

  • @AnneMB955 says:

No bread at all for a year now. 🥖

  • @Jason-ie1pg says:

I always make a glutenfree bread. It’s made with oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground almonds and chia seeds. It is super flavourful and it lasts so long and doesn’t dry out quickly. I do not have a gluten intolerance but I just feel way better eating this kind of bread than regular one.
