    Just something to be aware of, for anyone new to low-carb: pizza/marinara sauce is mentioned in the recipe, of course, but it isn’t listed as an ingredient, so I’m guessing it’s not listed with the carb/net carbs, either. Tomato sauce can be pretty carb-y, so YMMV and be aware that your carb count is going to go up depending on what kind of sauce you use and how much. 😊

    This crust is really good. I’ve made it a few times. I don’t miss the bread. I made too much crust and didn’t want two pizzas, so i made the rest of the chicken into meatballs. They were great! This is a must keep recipe.

    THANKS!πŸ‘Much appreciated . I’ve made pizza crust using canned chicken breast. It improves the texture (handles more like β€˜real’ crust ) if you flip the crust over and cook it an additional 5-10 minutes before adding the sauce ❀❀❀

    Lovely..I use to do the same with beef mince and sausage meat.
    Pressed into the quiche dish or pan, filled with all the eggs n goodies and baked.
    Quiche Lorraine with a thin meat base..yummm ❀
