For clarification, our bodies dont know when it is 10 AM versus any other time. The key here is X amount of time after you wake up, correct?

It’s not false at all, it’s kinda intermittent fasting- where you are extending your fasting window- which can be 12-14-16hours

Basically your cortisol is at it’s highest when you wake up so it’s best to wait at least 2 hours after waking and eat something before having caffeine – you also won’t get much benefit from the caffeine of you have it prior to that
