Yes, much better. I am trying to get back on track with working out and your 5, 10 and 15, routines are great. I’m quite a bit over 50 and having difficulty staying consistent. Thanks for what you do and how you do it! ❤
Keep up the great work! If you can commit to doing a gentle stretch or a five or 10 minute workout five times a week, you will get back on track in no time. Set yourself a goal of being in better shape next year than you are right now, it will help keep you motivated ❤️
