So true!❤️
The Cauliflower Nachos are AMAZING!!!!!
I want to try this recipe over the weekend
Agreed so good. My whole family enjoyed them.
Agree!! We loved it so much ❤
Love the video! Thank you! Everything looks delicious!
I’m dairy free … so was having a lot of coconut milk/cream substitute- but I also have high cholesterol 😩😩😩 finding it so hard …
I absolutely love cheese … and dairy… 🙂↕️
Are you inferring that cheese and dairy cause high cholesterol, or? The cholesterol you eat does not equate to the cholesterol on your blood panel. They are two entirely different things.
great tips!
Thanks Autumn!! Another incredibly helpful video. I love your whole program.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and love the Programs Christina! ❤

The Greek yogurt dessert was delicious. Thank you for sharing!
There’s no better chocolate chips than Choczero’s chips. Monk fruit. No erythritol. And absolutely delicious. I can’t even eat Lily’s anymore
Thanks autumn, I can’t wait to try the chocolate peanut butter smoothie and the cauliflower nachos
Thank you for sharing delicious food ideas.
Please share pot roast and shepherd pie recipes when you get a chance.
I love your zucchini lasagna recipe. Make it all the time. Yummy!
Autumn, I live in the south we eat a lot of venison. Could you please tell me how much protein is in a pound of venison. I am 60 with a lot of weight to lose. Your site is the only one that I know I can make a lifestyle change with. THANK YOU!
wow! thanks for the ideas! YES, Shepherds Pie video!😊
For your information Autumn, cottage pie is made with minced beef, shepherd’s is with lamb, just wanted to share it ha-ha; I’m not against your recipe, I used to make it when I had beef into my daily nutrition. As for the jam, I do approve, and chia seeds can be substituted with flaxseeds. I prefer zucchini pasta and cauliflower rice over typical pasta and rice. Since you consume red meat more than I do, I am certain chili con carne which is one of my favorite delicious too :). Much love <3.
The green bell pepper sando is very delicious. Thank you for sharing amazing meal ideas. You are awesome!
I just bought the new summer meal plan. Trying to wrap my head around the no counting calories or macros! After a lifetime of being focused on both it seems an impossible leap to manage portion size without them! Any advice?
Great video ❤
