      That’s amazing! Yea it’s all about how you handle it mentally – some people totally can just do it and love it and for others it can be way to much, but always a good place to start!

    First, I watched your Instagram story where you were walking in the trails and I noticed you had a head set. Please be careful. I hope you have an ear open to listen to your surroundings. I work in a prison around a lot of dangerous people. I’m sure you’re taking precautions while out there, but if not, please do. Ok, moving on. I’m getting ready to kick my health into high gear.     I work at home and NEAT has been super hard for me. I work out 6 days a week doing HIIT at a gym I go to 30 mins min a day. For the last year, I have not seen any progress. I know I need to increase my cardio so this is what I am going to focus on this week. Going to focus on getting in 8000 this week and increase from there!

    To get more steps, I’m really trying to change my mindset from how can I do this the quickest/easiest to just doing it the longer way. Like going upstairs twice and taking two loads rather than trying to gather everything up and only go once. And parking farther away from stores.

    I drink a lot of water at work so I get up like 1x every hour or so to go to the bathroom or just to take a lap around the office. I love what you said about the plateau and doing the same thing. I think that’s where I need to focus. I do a lot of the same strength exercises and need to increase reps or weights.

    I am changing up to add walking my dogs every evening. Not just doing a workout M/W/F and also adding bike ride T/Th & Su mornings. Also adding more protein!
