Hello. When you lost weight did your feet also become slimmer? Did their shape change?
Mine did when I started doing a reminder and moving stagnate lymph.
👖
I love youre videos you helped me so much thank you so much❤
Blue jeans 👖
The jeans were totally mine as well, had to let them go to turn it around. You got this <3
👖 Gained a bunch of weight over the last 2 years and keep buying for current size and not getting rid of my old stuff bc I’ve been wanting to get back to it 😬 thanks for sharing these tips bc I didn’t realize so many were unhealthy
I can totally relate, it feels like a goal (which it is), but one that adds so much pressure, in ends up giving the opposite effect. You’ll get to your goals without that!
I am totally guilty of “someday clothes”, but on the other hand they are clothes I did fit into as and adult at a healthier weight. So not to waste money, I keep them to wear when I lose my excess unhealthy weight. I do allow myself to snack when I am really hungry but choose a healthy option that is tasty. Love these tips, thank you🥰

👖I did get into them once and now I can’t get a leg in them
Frozen yogurt I think 4 me is “buy one at the bakery” that way it’s not at my house. Sure, but I’m buying it too often, couple times a week. Thanks Katie.
Bubble bath, nails- Katie this could be a great video- swap food rewards with better rewards. I’d love more tips on this. I was raised with “food is a reward” and it’s still hard for me to unwired this. A busy week and late night working would “excuse” me to grab restaurant and to go food because I’m working so hard I deserve a break from cooking etc. But that thought process isn’t good 4 my mind, budget or body.
