I love your channel! I recently got diagnosed with methane sibo and have a history of hypothyroidism and after having my first baby after 7 years of losses and infertility my body refuses to shed weight! I was incredibly successful with fasting before I had my baby and now it will not respond to it! I’ve tried everything and my weight will either gain or stay the same! My Dr even told me I was obese and need to workout and eat healthy….i do that already and I only gain weight…I’ve lost all hope! 😢 idk what to do anymore

I’m going to try using the collagen again. I stopped after years of using it because my cellulite was getting worse each year. Perhaps it was that the brand I was using wasn’t the right one for me (it was before you had one).
I love your channel I’ve found it so helpful I’ve never used collagen or a foam roller so definitely need to add into my routine xx
