I love how she talks about the cellulite during the exercises to keep in mind what you’re working towards. A lot of other videos are just “got cellulite, lets go”. By the end of those videos I’ve lost all motivation.

I’ve been researching treating cellulite at home and found a fantastic website at Abeqa home treatment (check it out on google)
I have spent months researching exercises to cure cellulite and discovered an awesome website at Abeqa Home Treatment (look it up on google)
There are several things for treating cellulite at home
Drink more liquids – helps flush toxins
Take less salt and or changing to use Celtic Sea or Himalayan crystal salt
Eat berries, acai and citrus fruits
(I learned these and the reasons they work from Abeqa home treatment site )

I’ve had cellulite for a while and I always thought it was fat. But now I realise that anyone can have cellulite and I was just not working my legs the right way. I could always see the nice shape my legs were but my leg dimples always ruined it. I could totally feel the cellulite as soon as I started this. Totally gonna keep it up <3
Does this helps to reduce fat too?
I’ll do this for a week and update everyday.
Day 1 – I felt it a bit but was fairly easy.
Day 2 – It was hard because of the soreness from yesterday.
Day 3 – Better from yesterday.
Day 4 – My legs are so sore.
Day 5 – It was easier to do but I sweated like crazy.
Day 6 – it’s still difficult.
Day 7 – I don’t see much change but I definitely feel stronger. I’ll keep doing it.

ever since covid, I lost all my gains. Added 20lbs. This workout made me feel as if I gained back my body <3 It was awesome! Love you girl

I just started doing this workout I love it. I put on ankle weights and use my fabric band. Boy it burns and I love the hamstring curls ouch. I’m determined to minimize my cellulite.

i’m doing this along with cardio and booty workouts
day 1: i REALLY felt this working like when she said to push on your heel and not implant your foot that really made me feel it i’m excited for results. i’ll keep updating everyday
day 2: i was sore but i did it again and it felt soo good when i was done i don’t see the cellulite disappearing yet but it’s very early
day3: it felt better and i’m still sore but i actually see a little bit of my cellulite gone already on my glutes!! nothing major but very pleased
day4: the workout was easier and my cellulite dimples aren’t as deep, lightened in color. however my under thighs need a lot more work
day 5: i did this after having a veggie burger and smoothie because i didn’t wanna skip so i felt the burn 😅 but it felt really good when i was done! as for results i don’t see much of a difference from yesterday but i’m patient and working on it!
day 6: i was sore from glute day but still pushed through, don’t regret it and i’m waiting to see major results!
day 7: just from a one day break it was so much harder today i’m sweating and my glutes and thighs hurt
day8: complete
day 9: complete
day 10: complete
day 11: complete
day 12: complete
day 13: complete and omggg this is working
