Weight watchers has so many 0 food points. So how do you control that?
I must admit I believed the 7pm rule for sooo long and it was very hard. As a busy mom/wife, making sure to be done eating for the day at 7pm is hard some days. I would go to bed hungry….which is terrible. Luckily from one of your old videos, I realized I shouldn’t be following that silly “rule”. I do try to eat 2 hours before bed though! Also, cutting out processed foods from my family’s diet has really made me more conscious about the healthy fats and proteins needing to be added for feeling full. Love your videos!

Iβve had 2 different doctors tell me about carbs. One said to completely eliminate carbs and the other said to not go above 100 grams. Easier said than done. Iβve tried low carb but it doesnβt help me much.

Good advice! I’m a registered dietitian and what it boils down to is total caloric intake. Age-related muscle loss is a real thing!! So strength training is a must. Metabolism will slow down if you don’t maintain or build muscle mass. Hormone changes during perimenopause and menopause also play a factor.

Very good video! Looks like i need to figure out how to add muscle building/strength training into my routine. I am a sahm of 6 (I also run the family business)… youngest is 3m… any suggestions on how to build muscle that doesnt take forever and would be easy to fit into daily routine?
