Education around food labels is very important. It is surprisingly common for people to just look at the front of the package and not bother to look at the ingredients list. Companies can use all sorts of marketing gimmicks to get you interested, but they cannot (legally) lie on their ingredients list due to regulations. Abbey, I’m a casual viewer so I don’t know if you have done this already, but it would be great if you could do a video talking about the marketing tricks that companies use to get you to buy their food products 🙂

What is your opinion on Balance of Nature supplements?

  • karen miller says:

Reading the ingredients is valuable information, i do it on everything if im wanting something that’s probably not really healthy just so i know how gross it is😂

  • John Stein says:

People still believe those cheap marketing tactics? 😅

  • J says:

Ya no duh. Who doesn’t already know this?

    • Kittster27 says:

Probably the same people who think Built bars are healthy and that they need to drink electrolytes everyday because an internet dietitian was payed to say so 🤡

  • Rachel K says:

Love the comment ” just because a broccoli farted on a cracker.” Love that but yeah I think the only crispy snack that actually has somewhat amount of veggies in it is From the Ground up but note the main first ingredient is cassava flour😅 but their second ingredient in their butternut pretzels is butternut squash.😊 however I don’t like their cauliflower crackers because cauliflower doesn’t taste good as a cracker ehehe.

As a health nut for over 30 years really like your posts. Especially your delivery. 🤪
However, veggie straws OK with canola oil???? Please research and do a post on oils. I am especially interested in the facts on macadamia oil. Thanks.✌️

Thank you, Abby. This is better information than the fear mongering shorts about ingredients Bobby Flay tends to post.
