  • Charity S. says:

Yah, was just thinking I sure could use one of your very useful videos!! Just wish I was remotely close to a Trader Joe’s 😢

  • Teresa Sweeney says:

Pecan sticky rolls are a real holiday addiction for me 😅 thanks for the great options! I’m not close to a TJ but atleast I know what to look for in stores near me! Psyched for the holiday challenge ❤

  • Samantha Richie says:

Hey! New subbie here. 😊 My favorite holiday treat is hot cocoa with marshmallows 🤤 I also enjoy all the cookies, especially gingerbread cookies

  • Kalei Becerra says:

The Gratin looks so good!! My weakness is always the stuffing or pumpkin cheesecake. Yum!!! Love your videos Katie!

  • Sara Retka says:

Yes to this! I wonder if i could find similar options at Whole Foods🤔 As for desserts, I LOVE gingerbread molasses cookies! Or if you could make Starbucks’ gingerbread loaf healthier – that would be amazing! Save me some calories AND money!😂👍🙌 Love your videos Katie!!🧡🤎

  • Pamela Goode says:

Potatoes contain a lot of potassium and vitamin C. If you steam them and refrigerate them, taking them out for sautéing or use in recipes they have resistance starch and are healthier than just cooking and eating them. The same is true of rice.

  • Julie Zoutendam says:

Any type of cookie is my biggest weakness!!

Side note: your skin looks AMAZING!! Can you do a skincare video (particularly what you do to keep away fine lines and crow’s feet)? I think I’m 2 years older than you are, but I feel like I’m developing a lot of fine lines around my eyes, and I’m not a fan of it. Plus, I think it’s making me look older than I am. Any tips or links to the products you use and love would be great!

    • Love Sweat Fitness says:

Aw thank you!! Ok biggest thing for sure is my Natural Beauty drink! You need to try it! Then I started a new night skincare routine I think it helping too so I’ll share that soon!

  • Lilymoon1971 says:

The Harvest Chili is my favorite 😍

  • Krystle Nicole says:

Red velvet cake, cinnamon rolls, and snickerdoodle cookies are my absolute favorite! Also all the truffles and various little chocolates get me too at parties!! 😂

  • Jackie Atoigue says:

Christmas toffee is my biggest weakness!! If you had a swap for this I’d die of happiness!!

  • HazeLBae says:

Holiday weaknesses, brownies, snickerdoodles, and cheesecake. Yum!

  • MissAnnlaug says:

I have planned days during the holidays where i have no rules. This works for me. I dont over eat on thise days because that is just painful, but i also do not watch what i eat. During my 1, 5 week holiday i have 2 ir 3 days “off”. The rest of the tine i eat and live just like normal but take advantage of the time of work to get in as much movement and rest as i possibly can❤ instead of hitting januar exhausted and saf I come out on the other side rested, feeling better. Its worth it 100%.

  • Norma S says:

The pumpkin spiced joe-joes are my favorite. They also have a holiday joe-joe variety box with a ginger snap joe-joe that is insanely good. Basically, The inventor of the joe-joe keeps me coming back to TJ’s and takes all my $$$ 😅

  • MissAnnlaug says:

Exellent subject for a video! Bit a Holiday Survival Guide could also be Exellent. 10 tips to get through the holidays and not ruin your progress❤

  • Ellinor Klockare says:

Homemade toffee/caramels are my favourite! 🍬

  • 1queenruler says:

Great video thank you 😊 I vote for a DF/GF tart or pie even a holiday sundae! 😋 Breakfast casserole without meat and that’s Dairy & Gluten free would be fabulous for our family.
