      I do it all the time…I mix raw heavy cream with an egg yolk and some sweetener and whatever flavor you want (berries, vanilla, coffee, etc.)…you can put it in the blender and drink it once it’s mixed or pop it in the freezer for an hour or two and it gets all slushy….DELISH and I feel amazing after so I know it doesn’t mess with my blood sugar!
