  • @swayp5715 says:

Once again your LDL is absolutely sky high. I’m older than you but mine is half of yours. What is going on there friend and that’s quite a concern. My HDL is about the same as yours.

    • @harrisonschwartz565 says:

Optimal LDL is anything below 100. I’m pretty sure if you’re below that then the hormones start taking a hit

    • @sunshinefl6586 says:

LDL is quite good…but I think the HDL is too low. Just my humble opinion.

    • @ilevitatecs2 says:

We don’t really look at LDL much anymore. Refer to ApoB

    • @SiimLand says:

Below 70 is the goal for high risk individuals but I have zero risk factors so 90s is good. LDL is also highly affected genetics

  • @koreyb says:

    He is looking really good.

  • @ilevitatecs2 says:

Berberine is phenomenal. Keeps my HbA1c at 4%

  • @Seanonyoutube says:

73 ApoB is not actually lowest risk category, even if it defined as such by medical orgs. We see a linear reduction in events with lower levels than that.

Vitamin Shoppe sells a supplement called “Advanced Blood Sugar Support” under their Vthrive brand. It has Berberine, Chromium, Cinnamon, and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I take it in the morning and its worked great for keeping my appetite under control. It also helped knocked by A1c down by ~0.7%. Though I’ve no idea how much of its effectiveness is due to the Berberine compared to all the other ingredients.

  • @van123446 says:

you must have supplement bottles falling out of your kitchen cabinets every time you open them

  • @juliahello6673 says:

It’s a sedative. If you want to be healthy but half alive take it.

  • @fireblaze6837 says:

There are studies showing it could effect herG channels in the heart and prolong the QT interval though, theoretically leading to torsades de pointes and sudden cardiac death. Would be interesting to have your take on these studies.

  • @fireblaze6837 says:

Would be interesting to see your take on the studies saying that berberine could prolong the QT interval of the heart through messing with herG.

  • @ferdomrkvicka1247 says:

When I took berberine during my 3 day fast – ie every day (1g/day) on the third day PM my bl sugar levels were 3.2 mmol/L (I felt dizzy), compared to another three day fast when I took berberine only on the first day – my b s levels were 3.8 mmol/L at the end.
