I want to see a collab between you and Bryan Johnson. That would be awesome

  • @Mixan761 says:

problem is – most people are deficient in taurine and glycine nowadays. So taking it is pretty much mandatory. + taurin has very good calm effect – mild anxiety almost non existent after 2g

  • @iotanb1772 says:

    Nice one 👍

  • @BitcoinAndChess says:

Does taking 300mg Magnesium Taurate help with getting up to the recommended dose of Taurine?

  • @tonysamaniego7875 says:

I liked and subscribed! I’m 32 and am now getting into longevity. I’ve been following Bryan Johnson’s protocol for about a year now but am happy to see others experimenting with supplements as well. Also, congrats on your high ranking on the rejuvenation Olympics board!

  • @Viertelfranzose says:

I take Taurin since years every day but never use capsuled. The Powder is cheap enough to buy in bulk.. 2,5 Kg for 40 Euros should make a good Job😊

Hello from Japan. We love to eat squids and octopus, but not that often.

  • @Rob-bq6ek says:

I take taurine powder. 2g in my am protein shake and 2g in my sleep stack drink.

  • @ThatGuyinPanama says:

You didnt mention the positive effects of Taurine on sleep

  • @5up5up says:

there’s also the importance for taurine for the testicular function, i remember it also helped get rid of microplastics in the body

  • @olafur2463 says:

Most folk recommend taking 1-3 or more often 1-6 grams.

  • @jeno427 says:

Taurine was life changing when I started taking it. My sleep was comparable to when I was a child. Every morning I felt deep rejuvenation. And I only took 2-3 grams before sleep. That lasted for about a year. It started to make me wake up to pee 2-3x/night and I often woke up feeling hot. Something must have changed in my chemistry. Nowadays I seldom take it. My sleep stack is different but has similar effects.

  • @scp240 says:

I add it to my green tea in powder form. It has no discernible taste and dissolves easily. I’m older, physically active, insulin resistant and don’t eat seafood every day, so I’m in a category where it could help.

  • @mannmstorm says:

Nice, but why don’t you measure your taurine blood level?

I did that (took a amino acids blood test) and the only amino acid that was below reference limit was taurine. Therefore I supplement with 3 grams tsurine powder and plan to retest soon.

  • @alanwakeup3344 says:

    5:19 — Wouldn’t that translate to a 100g of Taurine for an 100kg individual, not 6 grams?

  • @Dvpainter says:

I like that you make your own B-roll

  • @georgesmith3022 says:

Hi, what is the optimum time to take taurine? Morning or evening? And with food or without food?

  • @tsx3214 says:

I must admit, this looked like “click-bait” since I know taurine was one of your go-tos, since I recently purchased 1/2 a kilo of it 🙂
