  • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

General wish: I wish ALL health-content-creators could refrain from saying “The improvement is SIGNIFICANT”.
    Do this instead – always:
    · Say HOW LARGE the increase/decrease was !!
    · And then maybe tell if that result was STATISTICALLY significant.
    · And then give a personal valuation of the result.
[all too often “significant” is confused with “a lot”]

That said … I always press “like” to Siim’s videos, even before watching hehe 🙂

    • @Scottlp2 says:

Given variability from person to person and from a 30 year old to a 60 year old, I would argue the science you are looking for is at best an approximation.

    • @CrissmanLoomis says:

Spoiler: the improvements from these supplements were minimal at best.

    • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

@@Scottlp2 It was more a ‘general ask’ when youtubers present findings from scientific studies (they always have a ‘result’ and a evaluation of the ‘statistical significance’ of that result)

    • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

@@CrissmanLoomis In any case, I wish they would ALWAYS inform us ‘The Results’ (the actual level) – and maybe the evaluation of ‘statistical significance’ of those results.

  • @LVArturs says:

Big respect to Siim for being strict with the available evidence and not overselling supplements (and at the same time giving detailed info on the smaller benefits, too).

  • @thegarch3293 says:

    Love this channel

  • @ChristIsLord229 says:

    Been waiting for this!!!

  • @101basics4 says:

Can you do a review on novos products novos core and novos vital

  • @user-uu6wz5lt6f says:

One thing that really concerns me about having ashwaganda in his stack is that it’s meant to be cycled and NOT taken daily otherwise its benefits eventually fall off. Surprised Siim didn’t mention this

  • @lindascott-burney5734 says:

    Very helpful thank you

  • @lioncross1849 says:

This is the exact video I wanted from you when I first found your channel a month ago. Thank you.

  • @jonathonmills3563 says:

Siim neglected to mention that Astaxanthin extended mouse longevity in the NIH ITP trial, the only antioxidant ever to do so.

    • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

Good point! And what about this – my personal speculation: Antioxidants once was the ‘end all be all’, but then they found that too much antioxidants (eg. beta-carotene, and vitamin E) is actually harmful. This led to the current belief that “balance” is the important thing. Why, then, would Astaxanthin be good for us – as Astaxanthin is a much more powerful antioxidant than vitamin E !!??

  • @danielgnecco1662 says:

Epic video. Great breakdown. Love the format, conclusion slide, and length.

  • @maryvangel says:

    Great video!!

  • @spacejunkisforever6311 says:

Very comprehensive. I like Bryan Johnson a lot and this is a very fair and fact based analysis. Thank you Siim!

  • @evadeanu1 says:

Brilliant video again. Thank you dr.

  • @jamesscott1711 says:

    Excellent job Mr Siim 👍

  • @Fountain-of-Youth says:

Thank you, Siim, for consolidating the scientific literature on the Blueprint stack’s ingredients into a single video. This was the crucial piece of information I was missing from Bryan Johnson’s venture. Excellent video! 😊

  • @david-jr5fn says:

The problem with capsules is that you have limited space to pack in ingredients. I think powder is the way to go if you were creating a longevity product and probably only have capsules for oil based ingredients or ingredients that tend to clump

  • @harputian says:

Great Video as always. Thx for your effort.

  • @TheCookiecupcakes says:

I have been waiting for someone to do this, thank you very much!
