Autumn, I bought the summer guide and love the recipes.

Question about the monk fruit in your protein powder-my stomach is very sensitive and I have not been able to tolerate most sugar substitutes including stevia. How much monk fruit is in each serving of your protein powder and have you heard of people like me having trouble with it? If I couldn’t tolerate monk fruit what could I use to sweeten this?

Autumn! these recipes are outstanding for my weight loss journey! After 3 years of keto/low carb I definitely have food fatigue. Im so glad I learned that chic peas and apples are LG! and I will use them as croutons too! Im making all of these this week!!😊

    • @AutumnBates says:

I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed the video, Suzanne! The chickpea croutons are delicious and I can’t wait for you to try them!

Downloaded the meal plan last week, so am very happy to see some of these recipes in video format. Thanks very much—you know I flipped immediately to the recipes when I bound the meal plan at work. 😂❤

Edited to add: this was an excellent reminder to finally order your protein powder—just purchased the vanilla and chocolate. Excited to get going on the plan! 🎉

Autumn, you are such a nerd!… And we LOVE you for it!! Your energy is amazing, keep up the great work!

  • @sarahh4457 says:

I love when you show us how you cook things! 😃
Cooking can be intimidating, sometimes! Multi-tasking…decision-making…proper timing… 😰
So, seeing you do the recipes is inspiring and helps me envision the process so it’s less overwhelming. ☺️ Thanks, Autumn! ❤️

  • @niarusso6625 says:

Autumn thank you for all the wonderful information you give us. I have a question about some of your recipes. They seem to have quite A bit of carbs. You talk about the glossymic level. So my question is how many carbs A day should I be having and Is there a difference in carbs because of Glycemic levels? Also do you take Credit cards. I do not have paypal.

    • @mamokamika4212 says:

Foods that are high in glycemic load – in order of high to low – for example- cooked white rice, sweet potatoes, pumpkin winter squash, and cauliflower/broccoli/green beans. It depends on your active level and carbs sensitive or not, just swap out according to your wellness goal.

  • @mamokamika4212 says:

Thank you for more lunch ideas. That lunch plate looks delicious. Thank you again for all you do.

  • @blancaesquivel8807 says:

    Great recipes!

  • @skillsmany2235 says:

    🌞 Yum!
    Thanks, Autumn! ⚘️
    Cheers! ☕️🕊♥️✨️

  • @ApostolosKatsioulas says:

For the first recipe you can cheat; use frozen chickpeas (you don’t have to soak them in water overnight, just boil them straight away) or canned chickpeas (drain them and rinse them in water to remove excess amount of salt). As for the second recipe, don’t hate me Autumn, I’ve made it with hazelnuts instead of macadamia nuts; I mean chocolate and hazelnuts (even though hazelnuts get a bad reputation) you can’t go wrong. Since, dairy is off the menu due to my piles, I swapped cottage cheese with an isolate protein powder shake with water which I managed to turn into a gel by making a typical unsweetened gelo following the recipe that was given on the product and mixing them together. It turned out smooth to the point that I was shocked.

    • @Rigbycat123 says:

Whatever works for i say 👍💖
I actually don’t like macadamias that much so I’d definitely be a hazelnut girl too 👍💖

  • @alessiaguabelloinsegnanted5902 says:

I love that you showed us how to bake chickpeas and make vegetables pickle ❤ thank you

  • @tabithasherie3279 says:

Thank you Autumn, your educational content helped me understand food composition and how to use it to fuel my health goals! I use your recipe ideas just about daily. Greek yogurt bowls are such a great treat idea. The addition of natural vanilla extract takes the plain yogurt flavor up a notch. Parsley is such a refreshing herb, I have some in my garden as well, bonus is it self sows. It’s butterfly season in the South, I like to keep extra parsley and fennel plants around for the gorgeous black swallowtail butterflies that use these herbs as host plants for their young 😊
