Wow we donโt have hardly any of those in our USA Costco. Good finds in Canada though!!!
Ty guys for showing us whatโs available there! Crystalโฆdang girl! Looking amazing! Youโre luminous ๐ฅฐ๐๐๐๏ธ love you guys!
I love it when Derek jumps & gets excited when he finds a good product, with the “Ahh: of a child__we should all keep that childhood enthusiasm all our lives…….
Being vegan can certainly help you feel young… ๐๐
@@buddhaneosiddhananda8499I certainly have a lot of energy, but Iโm a miserable fucker. No diet can change that ๐
The only “Costco guys” we really need ! ๐
I’m with Crystal on the pre-cooked beets. Amazing!
They are good!
The problem with Costco hauls is that every Costco location carries different stuff.
Still fun to see what other stores carryโฆespecially plant based items!!
Right, I get jealous every time I watch one lol. Mine does not have most of the awesome things in here like the lundberg rice, date syrup, arugula or tofu. I used to always buy the frozen mango and they don’t have it anymore ๐ข
Yeah, I live in Ottawa, and I have never seen that queso or that tofu. Itโs a real bummer.
Yes, Iโm definitely seeing items not available in Ontario, but who knows maybe things will change. I laughed when you yesterday things were busy just before closing. My husband & I when on a Monday morning thinking we would not be in a crowd, wrong. Thanks for sharing your trip.๐โค๏ธ๐
Yeah.. they’re in Canada and I’m the the Bronx… we definitely don’t have the same things๐ฉ
It’s so interesting to see the vegan supermarket food in other countries. Tip for easy cooking of brown rice (hay box style). Boil for 5 minutes, making sure the rice and water almost fills the pot. Then remove from heat and immediately wrap the pot tightly in two or more towels, and put a heavy weight on top of the towels. Let it sit for 2-4 hours and it’s done. You can wrap up your rice and go out and it cooks while you’re away. Another great video Derek and Crystal, thanks!
You both are so freaking fun to watch.
Today I learned that our guy Derek is 40 yo, I thought heโs in his twenties !
maybe going plant based is the answer ๐ฑ
haha thank you so much!
Crystal always so radiant ๐
i can never get enough of grocery hauls, i would love to see some more weekly or month ones it’s so fun
Thank you for being considerate to other people. ๐งก Itโs so rude when other YouTubers think itโs fine to film the public doing things like grocery shopping and eating at restaurants. Bravo for always being kind and considerate of others. ๐ฑ
Thanks! We try our best and I appreciate that you notice ๐
@@Simnettnutrition you do a great job!
Iโve found the chillest time at my Costco is Tuesday nights ๐
I wish my Costco had more vegan options.
I’m sooo jealous Derek. Our Costco in US doesn’t carry the half of the stuff that you get in Canada. Our beans are Goya with sodium, no vegan chocolate chips, no Queso dip, no good sweet potato, your Tofu is way better than ours ๐ no veggie burgers either, ours is the Chipotle Bean Burgers, no huge frozen mangoes either, no date syrup either…..so I guess not all Costco are the same
Thatโs interesting because so many Canadians complain that we donโt half the stuff that the US stores carry – I guess it depends on our individual tastes.
Totally agree… I’m always in Costco and barely can find good vegan products… I may find a few things plus I’ll pick up the produce from there cuz it’s cheaper than at the supermarket but other than that it’s mostly for household items ๐ฉ
You should look up Derek’s recipe for the queso. Its dang close and pretty easy to make.
Sorry to hear of your Costco, but ours in SoCal has all the things you listed, even the date syrup. Not that I would get date syrup. I used to love Raos sauces, but after the Campbells buyout it’s different. ๐ค
โ@@bridgetvest7645ohh didn’t know that. Do you know specifically what’s the difference
Thanks for sharing the tip about ground flaxseed. Iโve always felt guilty for using pre-ground flaxseed because I thought I wasnโt getting all the benefits but youโve made me realize that it doesnโt matter.๐๐ฅ
The other thing I need to say is the Canadian Costco’s have way more and better vegan products than here in the states.
Here I am, an American, wondering where the bulk pack of tofu is at my Costcoโฆ have I just never seen it??
Seriously Canadians got way better options! ๐ฎ
In the refrigerated shelves.
@@blahimbored13We have it in Austin.
@@DebbiDePalma Iโm so happy to hear that since Iโm a Canadian. Having lived in the US, at least in Oregon and California. Iโve always felt that Canadians are short changed. Perhaps it depends on where you live in the US and where you live in Canada.๐ค
Watching this after punching out from my shift at Costco, haha! Great job if you want to get in shape. I’m averaging 13,000-18,000 steps per shift ๐ช
It always looks like y’all are working hard! We appreciate it ๐
Love this – I’m with you about the red leaves in the salad mix. They ruin the rest of the greens !!!
for the flax seeds, you can get the unroasted at costco in their vitamin section.
The classic vege burgers ๐ still rule !!
