It’s so fun to drive on a racetrack. When we lived in central NY, we went to Watkins Glen every spring. They would open the race course to everyone – they would regulate who was in the heats and such – and you could do three laps around the track for not much money. All the big car clubs would go and ride together. There was a pace car, and if you hung back so you could go really fast to catch up, they would kick you out. But it was really fun and all the money went to charity. My husband has an 1987 Fiero, only a 4 cylinder so can’t go that fast anyways, but it was really fun to do the track with the rest of the Fieros. You can also drive the original road race course any time – it is marked with signs – which is pretty gnarly compared to modern racing. Anyways, have fun in Germany.

I appreciate what you said about not needing to track macros. There seems to be such a big push lately to eat more protein and I had no idea how much I get every day. Periodically I use Cronometer and have learned that I get plenty of everything! I don’t want to be obsessive about it.

Sugar (well glucose and not sucrose) is important for our body.. but more of it isn’t amazing in the blood..
    Similarly
We have cholesterol in our tissues but we don’t want a ton in our blood..
Cholesterol good in tissues and not so good in our blood..

I did the old school method 2 seconds up 4 seconds down it has heavy weight as you can do. Never over 6 reps. You can actually feel your muscles tearing.

  • @garyharnish2395 says:

I was 150 for most of my life. Went from 150 to 240 in three years. Then cut down to 220. I ate and ate and ate. The reason that I ate so much was diabetes and didn’t know it. So I started working out with plenty of cardio. Bad horrible foods.

  • @garyharnish2395 says:

Creatine gave me massive headaches. When I stopped I gained 25 lbs. in 3 months just from food. Also put 25 lbs in 3 months on my weights.

I’m so excited that you come to NΓΌrburgring because it’s actually in my hood πŸ˜€ any chance to meet you guys when you’re here? 🀭Aldi and Lidl both are very good, they recently really broadened their range of vegan products but if I had to choose one, I’d choose Lidl πŸ˜€ Edit: the pronounciation is with a long i, so “leedl”, not short as in “little” πŸ™‚

    • @lambertvangestel74 says:

I agree. I live in the Netherlands and we have both Aldi and Lidl. I do all my shopping at Lidl: they have a much greater variety of vegetables and fruit and that is of much better quality than that of Aldi. The prices don differ between Aldi and Lidl.
