    Thank You soooo much for these balance exercises. I had no idea I had such terrible balance until starting these. It’s very frightening to me, as I’m only 53! I shouldn’t have been surprised, I’ve always been “uncoordinated “, never played sports, danced, etc. Suppose I’ve always been this way! 😮 But, now, I am working on this, thanks to you!! PS, love seeing Buddy! (I have 2 little ones myself!)
