    Nice one!❤

  • @BettyAnn9681 says:

I noticed that the nutrition information on the kefir shows 12 grams of sugar. Isn’t that a lot in addition to the banana?

  • @EE-hi4re says:

    Yesss, thank you!

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Cottage cheese as base for a smoothie, great idea! 🍓🍋🍍🥥

    The Smoothie Queen! 👸

  • @TheElizabeth99 says:

Autumn you’re awesome! Buuuuut Do you think a whole lemon + zest in the probiotic shake might be a lot of lemon? 😂. I was laughing when your hubby said “whoa!” 😂 definitely gonna try that one though

    • @thedupontnest says:

I looove having my shakes like this! I don’t even zest, I throw it in my blender as is and it gives an incredible depth of lemon taste 😍 there are benefits to consuming the lemon as a whole as opposed to just the juice and/or just the zest

  • @AnneLalonde-ol4jd says:

You STILL do not ship to canada

  • @shawnmcgrath3226 says:

LMNT contains Maltodextrin… unless you buy unflavored. It was confirmed by the owner .. sounds like it’s not much but I think it could break a fast. Look it up. A few influencers talked about this a few months ago. Anything that tastes awesome has artificial crap in it.

  • @CREAM45 says:

Autumn would you consider making a plant based protein? I know if you did it would have clean and healthy ingredients! Please think about it

  • @dianahavis8868 says:

These smoothies sound amazing! Can’t wait to try them all 🎉

  • @dianahavis8868 says:

Can you substitute banana for something else? Something lower on glycemic load?

  • @laurafoster8628 says:

What are your thoughts on organic soy milk?

  • @sarahstocks3088 says:

These sound delicious. I was wondering though if they could be made ahead and then eaten later in the day?

  • @maureenmccarty1754 says:

Autumn – why seed or nut milk? Why not “regular” whole cows milk? Thank you!!!!

  • @Jayla-dj2gj says:

Whey protein spikes my blood sugar and insulin. I still have a protein shake once and a while for convenience but I’m better off without liquid meals

  • @shellythompson7166 says:

I can’t say enough how much I LOVE your protein powder, especially the vanilla!! You created an excellent product. After trying many different brands over the years, I finally found one I enjoy. Thank you!
