  • Heretic Jones says:

It’s honestly so telling in an age where we have so much information and knowledge at our fingertips, some people still CHOOSE to be ignorant.

    • PotatoThings says:

Grifting is profitable. More people are catching up on it so expect misinformation to rise. Social media platforms need to stop engagement based monetization. We also need to stop engaging these lowly morons. Props to Abbey for disproving these people.

  • Disney_magic24 says:

guess this guy has never had a single health issue or needed any prescription in his life lol

    • Ghoulish Toad says:

Exactly!!! Dude its crazy the amount of compliments i got when i lost 60 pounds in a few months due to being overperscribed adderall (i need it cause im autistic, but NOT the amount they were giving me nor that stimulant, im on vyvanse now and acrually eat and not throw it up from nausea). Ive always been slightly chubby amd so it really messwd with me being perceived as “healthy weight” qhen i was antthing but healthy! I gained it all back after, and honestly rather be overweight and actually fuel my body and try to do some exercise than feel like ill faint if i get up too fast. Sorry for the rant but diet culture is just crazy to me cause i was literally called “the best ive ever looked” qhen i was on basically meth. Adderall is not much different chemically than methamphetamine

    • Eruza says:

      Or bedn pregnant lol

  • TQM says:

The dude lifted a weight once, and now he thinks he can mansplain nutrition and weight loss to the entire world 😂 the more ignorant they are, the more confidence they have

  • Nina says:

So glad you are addressing this one . I remember a caption saying“ nuts …..your nuts to eat if you want to loose weight “ lol

  • Crystal Paul says:

Thank you! This was such a frustrating thing to hear.

  • A.D. says:

Of course his name is Troy

  • Dana Stonerock says:

Not a day goes by that I don’t consume nuts😂🎉

  • Jan Willard says:

I discovered eating nuts as a filling (no sugar snack) did not make me gain weight in the 1990’s. 😊

  • Joanna W says:

I am so glad I found your channel you have no idea. Thank you!!

  • Kelly Vance says:

My husband decided to switch us over to the Mediterranean diet for environment and sustainability reasons. We added so many nuts to our diet, our nightly shared dessert consists of a fruit like citrus or apple or pear or grapes (some times multiple), a digestive biscuit, a bunch of nuts (walnuts and almonds mostly), a small square of dark chocolate, and a pot of tea. He has lost over 10 pounds in a few months. (I have only lost a couple, but I’m not as consistent with the diet as he is.)
Nuts are great! They are filling and slow the absorption of sugars, so no crashes. And if you buy them in bulk, they aren’t too expensive.

  • Ailime TFIOS says:

Great vid girl ✨✨ this type is my fav, just getting them with the fact. Great way of learning 🥰

Can you talk more about scarcity mentality and food?

  • Vivian says:

I just ate a handful of nuts out of spite

  • pas dе passé says:

Weight loss and weight maintenance is really about calories in and calories out. You can eat 10 almonds or 500 grams of cabbage for the same amount of calories.

  • H Rodriguez says:

Would love a video of you talking about all the things that contribute to weight gain. Would like to hear more detail about everything you mentioned in the end

  • BearScareBeauty says:
