    Vitamin d?

  • @evadeanu1 says:

I like those short videos packed with great information. Thanks.

  • @rogertrygg5485 says:

Siim? When you talk about GlyNac you say 3-5grams (Each) that you take 5-20 grams of Glycine, I understand, and many people take 500mg-1 g of NAC. But I haven’t heard of anyone taking 5g of NAC?? Is this correct?

    • @pitter6636 says:

Thinking the same. i would go 5g glycina, 2.4g NAC in 2 dosis. 5 grams of NAC seems a little overkill.

  • @michaela5888 says:

Love this type of content Siim. Keep it up my man

  • @Just4AZ1 says:

As a grandparent, I go to the gym 5x a week (resistance/cardio), eat clean (for the most part), and take these supplements daily along with a gram of protein per # of body weight. I now have my 91 yr old mom on creatine, doing squeeze balls and seated elliptical. Oh, make sure you stay well hydrated.

    • @David-ti6rd says:

That’s excellent. You are doing all the right things. I hope that you and your mom continue to live long and healthy lives

  • @Shoutatclouds says:

You cant stop me taking them

  • @StackedCrooked says:

If the supplement also acts as a sleeping aid then there’s a much higher chance that they’ll take it. I gave my mom a box of Magnesium L-Threonate and a box of Taurine. I told her that the combination of the two will help her fall asleep. The magnesium helped wonders, so she keeps taking both.

  • @kurtl4761 says:

The containers of Taurine powder sold in the US are 4g or less, and they’re expensive.
I doubt that most seniors — or their grandchildren — could afford that.

  • @MarkusMattiasson says:

I would also consider HMB for older people, whether they resistance train or not, even more so in the latter case.

  • @sean640 says:

That recap list was awesome thanks boss

  • @SeminarioMAE says:

i want an estonian grandpa so bad we can sing old regilaulud or songs from the singing revolution era while we go berry picking

  • @dikshamen says:

    U left out bocopa monirri + curcumin…

  • @10cadr says:

siim, ive been watching your videos and taking ur tips, even forwarding them to my dad xD
ive noticed that ur videos are more focused on what goes into the body. How about your environment? ceramic or iron pan? air purifier help on longevity? I know sweating will help, but I think controlling these should have a impact.

Thanks for sharing your finding with us.

  • @j4k8d9w2 says:

Taurine is a good healthspan supplement for most, but if you have or are approaching leukemia blood levels it is recommended to not supplement with it.

  • @veredk4384 says:

What about a new study showing a correlation between Taurin and cancer? I have been taking it for a while…

    • @stevet5549 says:

yeah he has misssed the boat on this one. I halted my taurine intake for now until more research is conducted.

  • @SarahHenry-z1p says:

As a doctor, I don’t suggest many books—but The Secret Health Reset is one I tell all my patients to read. It’s really powerful

  • @schraderclemens6122 says:

I’d also say that “heart salt” in other words potassium chloride instead of normal NaCl is an easy recommendation. Often also mixed in a 1:2 or 1:1 ratio. Great for lowering BP and preventing heart attacks and strokes.

  • @lopezjulian123 says:

What’s crazy is how misled I was until I read “Secrets of True Healing”. It’s never too late to wake up. This book drops real knowledge.
