All these shorts are years old. No new content. The same thing over and over. Wow.

Thank you for not making it like the most evil drink out there….

  • @mandersplanners says:

    Coke Zero all the way!

  • @BryanSchaeber says:

Im a drug free powerlifter and really, truly, weight loss is just calories in calories out. Most other tips are a distraction (or in rfk’s case a psyop)

    • @Lav3nd3r0h says:

That’s only true if you have a healthy metabolism and no other factors that cause weight gain like certain medications and diseases.

    • @aleejjj says:

      No it’s not that simple.
Even in bodybuilding, u will perform way better in a targeted ketogenic diet than a high carb diet.
We are cave men and hunters in nature, our body was not designed to consume flour, rice, friesand suger every single day on-and-on like the today’s modern society does.
U will not have the same body shape in a low carb 2000kcal diet verses 2000kcal macdonald diet

  • @TransformInProgress says:

Never been a big soda drinker, used to drink Ginger Ale, now I’m keto/low carb and drink only: Water, bone broth, my DIY β€˜Electrolyte Cocktail’, coffee and wine (in that order 😝). THANKS for your video!πŸ‘Much appreciated ❀❀❀

In an effort to buy more local products we have found a coke that is produced and bottled really close to my boyfriends workplace. And they even use glas bottles! There is also a zero version and we both really like the taste. On top of it all it is even significantly cheeper than Coca-Cola. A win all around. We like to have a glas of diet soda when we are in the mood for something sweet and cold but not hungry. Or when we know that we need to increase our liquid intake. Almost all my sweet drinks are sugar free. Most of them have sucralose as a sweetener. I like the taste even better than sugar sweetened drinks. My drinks don’t need to have calories.

    • @aleejjj says:

Omg i also like the taste of artificial sweetened drinks more than suger ones!
I think they are more sweet!

  • @harryismyonlyangel says:

i was so scared at the beginning of this but thank you for not fear mongering my fave drink πŸ˜πŸ™πŸΌ

  • @vegemitegirl1971 says:

I’m glad you did this video. My family drink diet drinks because of the increased risk of diabetes that runs in our family. At 53 I am not pre- nor full diabetic and am trying to avoid it for as long as possible. I should add that almost everyone in both my parents families were diabetic before 50. Yes, we also do drink alot of water but sometimes you want variety.

  • @aleejjj says:

I don’t like diet coke cuz its bitter.
But coke zero, omg, if it wasn’t for my weak stomach, i would drink it like water everyday
