Becoming emotionless as side effect? Wait… it’s not a bug, it’s a FEATURE
IT IS
I know you cap but anhedonia is no joke
if you like being a robot, of course. Btw, what scares you little one ?:) Grow up, we are here to help
Personally, i prefer Rhodiola Rosea as an adaptogen over Ashwaganda. Rhodiola has always given me a greay edge mentally and physically.
What about taking both?
@@kael92you can take both, but i think it’s best to try one at a time. You might not need both.
@@kael92Moderation friend
I Take 1200mg every day in the evening and night
Really helped With anxiety 👍
My Friends already called me emotionless before so…
Emotionless and having an anhedonia are two different things. If you have anhedonia you will feel like you lost a limb. Like an arm or a leg. It is that serious.
@@user-rc8zv9em4s i see. No its Not that bad
I take 250 mg of Ashwaganda in the morning and have for a long time. It’s one of the few supplements I take that has a very noticeable effect, primarily in the form of stress reduction. Does seem highly dependent on the person though.
Isn’t it better to take it before sleep? In the morning your cortisol should be the highest afaik
I wish you said when to take it; morning or evening, fasted or not…
Fast means nothing but water brother, its not a fast if its something other than that
@@kradoste6268That’s not entirely accurate. A “water fast” is nothing but water. But if you’re not water fasting and taking an herb, that herb is likely not going to affect the fast in the slightest. Many people can consume up to 20 calories before “breaking a fast.” So its not just straight up a no no to take an herbal supplement with water and still consider it to be a fast.
The term “fasting” can mean a multitude of things. Maybe you have trained yourself to think of fasting as nothing besides water. But that doesn’t mean that someone isn’t fasting because they took a pill on an empty stomach.
@@kradoste6268 😄😄😄 Please read correctly ! The question was : take Ashwagandha with your meal or between meals.
@@kradoste6268 most people refer to fasting as not consuming calories, so water, electrolytes, nutrients (except fat soluble nutrients), w/e is considered ok
@@AchievingPeakWellness I dont think “took a pill on an empty stomach” is considered fasting, Im sure you can hack it with some herbs or what not but none of the rat studies Ive seen use any of the methods you are stating in fact they a lot of times go to even deeper extremes such as dry fasting which takes away the water also
since i started taking +70 supplements i have a bad case of diahrrea
It is probably the magnesium stearate.
Check out the “inactive ingredients”.
Try 80 it might cure it 😅
This comment made me laugh hysterically
Very good. I hope you stick to it.
@@iloled2924 since black friday 2022. from 70 to 110 supplements, 4 litres a day.
I started watching Ur channel bout the tail end of 2019. I lost my way in keto and of course regretted it. That said, I had been diligently looking for Ur channel for a year now. The tube is suppressing the search. Would explain more, but my comment would get deleted. Ti’s Important to know I had forgotten Ur name but remembered some of Ur video titles, but nothing would come of it.
Edit: I finally subscribed 😅
So liver toxicity is only due to low quality product? And therefore is it safe to take it on long periods?
Herbalists will typically suggest taking breaks from herbs so you could take daily for 2 months and then take a week off
This preview bruh😭😭
It’s now been taken off the marked here in Denmark now.
Just as they did with spicy Korean noodles
i have taken it and it works great until it doesn’t and your all the cortisol rushes back.
I felt a remarkable increase in strength and possibly endurance.
Anxiety, stress or sleep effects I can’t say, I’m usually ok with that.
Testosterone effect, only with exams to know
Cortisol is not a part of one’s “neurotransmitter profile” (6:19). It is a hormone, so it is a part of a hormone profile.
Also saying “too much serotonin can make them feel emotionless” (6:26) is just not logical since high serotonin is related to being emotionful. Also ashwagandha is not even an effective serotonin enhancer.
I take it for improved thyroid function
Where would you advice to buy ashwagandha in terms of getting quality and dodging liver damage in europe?
Siim you’ve missed a point that Bryan Johnson also did in that this should be CYCLED and you should not be taking this daily for years.
Where is he said that? It contradicts the fact that ashwagandha is in his daily longevity mix. It doesn’t say anywhere that you should cycle it. I should drop the whole mix only cause of one ingredient?
@@sendmenukes Exactly my point, and something I’d love Bryan to answer because there’s lots of evidence that you should cycle this
@@user-uu6wz5lt6f I’m sorry, I misunderstood your initial message. You’re right, this has to be addressed.
There’s a popular naturopathic doctor that says it’s bad for the kidneys. Any truth to that?
Rhodiola Rosea please make a video on this along with Chamomile tea effects on agingb
It makes me in a bad/depressed mood when I take it so I don’t 🙂
For me, ashwaganda does everything the literature says it’s supposed to do. However, when I stop taking it I have a brief period of mild depression-like symptoms that happens for a few days before my body rebalances itself.
Love the format of this video!
