Finally a ballerina who eats and nourishes her body ❤
I love oatmilk. I get the extra creamy for my coffee and it’s lovely
Hard for a ballerina to eat well when the environment its so Toxic…
Thats nice to see
I’m gonna say it “Hooray for Oats!!” Fibre, protein, carbs and can be sweet or savoury. So glad I can count it as a good food for the body and soul. Thanks!
@Life.of.lori. Is one of my FAVORITE content creators. Seeing her open relationship with food has been so good for me. Not to mention she seems like such a genuinely kind person. Her Nutcracker vlogmas last year was so much fun. I looked forward to it daily.
omg lori!
That’s Lori. I love, that she shows a healthy and nourishing diet for ballet dancers, but also points out, that she doesn’t alwas eats the same, sone days are balanced, some are pizza kind of days and mentiones, that you have to eat a lot as an athlete, to be able to do your job.
Her meals are a source of vegan inspiration! But I still wonder if it’s enough protein for the high level of activity.
I literally just had broccoli cheddar soup and i blended up a can of beans and my homemade slow cooker chicken stock together to throw in it. One bowl and a slice of buttered bread and I don’t feel hungry at all.
I love Lori!
