wish it were that easy 😭
Yeah 😅 I’m never one to shame carbs but my mom is a diabetic and if she ate that much rice and bread, her blood sugar would be through the roof
@@maddiedoeswhatshewants everyone’s metabolism is different too. My cousin and uncle are fine with pasta (they can calculate a dose for it) but my gf can’t because her blood sugar will swing wildly in any direction so she hasn’t had pasta or noodles in about 4 years
@@maddiedoeswhatshewants What you said was pretty funny to me cause I thought lunch was a little light on carbs and the whole day could’ve used some fruit in there. Just because your mom isn’t skilled at insulin or has complications that make it impossible doesn’t mean ever T1D can’t manage insulin properly. I could dose for this set of meals quite easily.
Hey Abbey, any tips regarding nutrition and supplements for Hashimoto’s?? Thank you !! You’re my favorite!!
Yes I would love this so much!!
I put my Hashimotos into remission with a Ketogenic diet. Gluten is a definite no no. My TPO numbers are now normal
Microwaved, packed rice is as necessary like a second butthole. In so many ways, let alone the plastic waste. Love from
🇩🇪
As a disabled person with limited use of my hands and constant fatigue, microwavable rice is a godsend. Just because you don’t need it, doesn’t mean it’s not necessary.
Microwaved rice is fine if your running low on time or just don’t wanna make it (we’ve lla been there) but fresh rice just hits different yknow
I have microwave packed rice daily then I wash it down with lots of plastic bottled water 😋
“Love” from Germany😂
Same short from a month ago.
