I love it! All about moderation. We all need a day to eat like this and I like your tips on how to make it just a little healthier with some small tweaks.
I watch this girl. I think she does not maybe eat super healthy, but then again we have to take into consideration many factors such as she is American, as most of us know there it is really hard to get healthy food there, if not impossible. The thing is she might not have 400$ to spend on food every week to eat healthy and stay skinny (I watch a Video where the girl from Asian spend that much and said it was not realistic).
I hope the girl is ok even with all comments she is getting.
It’s incredibly easy to get healthy foods here in the U.S. However, younger generations were raised on junk food. It doesn’t take $400 a week. If you stop buying the ultra processed foods and going to Starbucks, you have the money for healthy foods. I find buying frozen fruits in the winter helpful because citrus fruits are what’s in season, and they bother my stomach.
@GinaMarieCheeseman ohh, but is not it really expensive to buy healthy food? And even the one you buy is ful of chemicals, which means it is not really healthy?

“Fat” person’s diet. No overweight person likes to hear/read that word. Maybe you should rename that, if you can find some empathy for overweight people. Otherwise, I enjoy your videos.
but she called herself “a fatty” in her own video, also I thought ppl were trying to reclaim it or something?
lots of plus size people use that word to describe themselves and the person in the video uses it to describe herself, Abbey isn’t lacking empathy, in fact she’s one of the few dieticians I’ve seen that has any empathy towards plus sized people
@@stupidly-cupid-222some plus sized people have reclaimed it, others are uncomfortable with it being used. It all depends on the person and how they feel about it
the idea of being fat or called fat doesn’t have to have a stigma. The more we shy away from using it, the more it makes it seem like a taboo thing. Especially when the word skinny doesn’t gets very much flak at all.
I`d really like to know your opinion on Colleen Christensen and generally on dieticians with ED struggles themselves. xxx
I would feel sick if I had more than a couple different fast food meals in a day! I usually try to add antioxidant rich foods or drinks with meals like that as I get stressed by what the fried AGEs are doing to my skin!! I’m wondering if I have fatty liver disease starting up if I feel sick so quickly when eating more than a couple servings fried food.
That sounds more like a gallbladder issue.
Spinach and cauliflower rice in an acai bowl is a unique idea! I’m used to them being just sweet, not savoury.
All of that food in the same day is a lot. Nothing wrong with eating one of these in a day balanced out by two other regular meals.
Indeed and as usual Abbey doesn’t make net critical comment about it. You can’t turn a fast food meal into a healthy meal nu adding veggies or nuts.
