    In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Astragalus “raises chi”. When I trained in TCM, I was taught it could raise blood pressure.

      I especially appreciated how Arthur Shattuck modified his TCM formulae to be only plants when I requested, since I learned to be vegan in late 90s

    Sipping my tea with Astragalus as I read this. I take it for Asthma & Kidney health… no idea if it is working… (I still have nocturnal asthma)

      Black cumin seeds are also said to help with athma, but organic black cumin oil is definitely healthier
