  • BABY A says:

My heart goes out to that young lady. I don’t know how she is still alive. I was anorexic many years ago but I was able to help myself and today I’m fine and healthy and feeling better. I pray that she gets the help that she needs.

    • GPXgirl says:

Me neither, and if people treated me the way that they treat her. I would have been dead years ago. People are not kind to her and it shows.

  • Jami Haney says:

I think that a major problem, is that so many people that have come across her content have reported her account to the platform that she is on. Those platforms have failed to do anything about it, and until they remove her account, there will be zero action on her part and her mother’s part who is someone filming her because her content and her account is monetized. As sick and depraved as that is that neither of them will get her help because they’re making money on her slow demise oh, that is the unfortunate reality of the situation. I think it’s difficult for people to not view her videos because most of the people on those comment threads genuinely care about her. Many of them are trying to get her to seek help or even just admit that she has a problem. Her mother is the biggest issue in the situation and she is a danger to her child oh, that child being a grown woman that’s almost 30 years old. I feel like Eugenia is severely brainwashed and be horribly abused by her mother. It is surprising to me that there hasn’t been any legal intervention with such a prominent social media personality.

    • Miss Jo says:

From what I have heard, her mom does want her to get help, but she is an adult, and she has to want to help herself. It also just isn’t YT she also has a Tiktok to so both accounts would have to come down.

    • Jami Haney says:

@Miss Jo her mom is on her YouTube channel saying Eugenia is totally healthy and eats, she’s just skinny. Her mom is the one filming her and is not at all acting like someone that cares to help her. As her parent, even with Eugenia being an adult, her mom could file for a 5150 and conservatorship…but she won’t because Eugenia brings in money to afford her lifestyle.

    • naryainc says:

The thing is, you can’t report someone’s content because of how their body looks.

    • Sisu Guillam says:

@naryaincyour comment implies that she is that thin because that is how her body works – it isn’t.

  • J McCoy says:

This video is so damn beautiful. Because you’re right and she really does need support from people outside of her direct life right now, I feel. It’s so hard to break those cycles if you never step outside of them. ❤ I hope she takes you or someone else like you up on their offers of support soon. I fear for that young woman, truly.

  • Laura Feldsteen says:

Apparently today is meeting with a crisis counselor due to people reporting her.

    • J McCoy says:

Sadly that probably won’t help. It’s happened before, she’s even been involuntarily committed, and I think it’s actually caused more harm than good.

    • Jami Haney says:

To my knowledge, a crisis counselor cannot 5150 somebody. She has actually met with law enforcement and crisis counselors in the past because of people reporting her and it hasn’t resulted in anything helpful.

    • SL says:

I hope that helps. It really is at the point someone needs to intervene

    • Laura Feldsteen says:

@Jami Haney I’m not sure. I saw a crisis counselor on a different thread saying she does the power but I am sure it is state dependent and what “counselor” actually means. I know licensed counselor in most states can.

  • Dana Stonerock says:

She has to WANT to make a change for herself. Unfortunately, she’s the one who has to do the work. You can’t help her unless she wants it.

    • Sunny says:

This isn’t necessarily true. It’s really case by case, but a lot of people want to make a change but simply lack the motivation to do so. And by motivation, I mean that in a neurochemistry sense. The most popular example being adhd. People with adhd brains suck at using dopamine, the neurotransmitter responsible for literally making you do anything. Just getting up to move requires dopamine. So it’s not that they don’t want to, it’s more that even if they want to, their body has no actual way to reach their target goal, because they lack the neurotransmitter to put plans into action. And dopamine is just one example of this. Plenty of people want to help themselves. But they get stuck in nutrient deficiencies that make it so they lack the brain chemicals to actually show up for themselves. And that’s where other people can step in. Other people can help make her a healthy meal or remind her of certain things. It’s not as black and white as you’re saying it is. Science has proven that.

    • Dana Stonerock says:

@Sunny-zf1cm  I don’t disagree. It’s all chemical, really. Still, no one can force anyone to do anything. It’s a tough case.

    • the proust effect says:

@Dana StonerockThat’s not necessarily true. There are many instances where people can be involuntarily admitted to hospitals for help. Usually it’s for a suicide risk, but it can also be for illnesses like severe anorexia.

    • Dana Stonerock says:

@theprousteffect9717  I’m not saying that can’t happen either. If it’s a matter of life or death, where clearly she’s close to death , completely unaware at this point, then yeah. Time to take matters into other hands.

    • Anna Witter says:

She doesn’t admit anything is wrong with her. Until she realises she has a problem she can’t start sorting it

  • YungFeetGod69 says:

The issue is that she’s on too many platforms. Even if you get YT on board, you’re never gonna get Tiktok on board (and her following is even larger there)

She didn’t put all her eggs in one basket. and you’ll never collectively get all these companies to do this at the same time

    • Quinlan says:

And twitch. She streams on Twitch CONSTANTLY

    • YungFeetGod69 says:

@Quinlan and let’s be honest, if YT did ban her, kick/rumble would be on her doorstep the same day trying to get her to sign a contract to go create content over there

    • Carmen Andreea says:

Sadly, she is not an innocent victim. She decided to use her illness as part of a business plan. Who would watch her videos if she was a normal girl? She is well aware of that.

    • J McCoy says:

@Carmen Andreea this is a very cruel take. People in that type of illness aren’t thinking clearly, you can’t blame them for choices that their illness forces them to make.

    • Lavender says:

@J McCoyoh no. She knows exactly what she’s doing. You can’t tell me someone with an ED buys skimpy clothes, clicks record daily, dances with her undies showing, etc. nope. She KNOWS

  • Carmen Andreea says:

Sadly, she is using her illness and appearance for money ( likes, followers). The way she is showing her underwear…makes me sick. But I guess she has requests from deranged fans and she obliges…
She can’t and won’t give you an answer. 😢

    • J McCoy says:

It sounds like her entire family lives off of her income from content creation so she really isn’t being supported by them either because they benefit from it.

  • Nik says:

I’m glad I dealt with my stuff by myself and not online. I can’t imagine how much worse I could have gotten if I used likes and views as a measure for self worth. she seems like a sad and sick woman, and I hope she can get away.

  • L L says:

Her mom needs to be held accountable, and her father too.

  • Keto Rising says:

It’s a fool’s errand to want something more than the person affected. This individual is cruising down a road that will have her dead before too long, and the people around her are enabling her to do so. She’s literally trickle-killing herself before our very eyes. Every video she puts out for views is part of the suicide note.

  • Jackson T says:

I am so glad that she’s being so kind to this girl that she doesn’t even know. I have seen so many videos just tearing her apart, talking poorly about how she looks, villanizing her for “promoting eating disorders”. She doesn’t need all that. She needs help. And it’s so kind of Abbey to reach out to her as someone who has been through something similar.

I hope Eugenia has a speedy recovery.

  • Fair-to-Middling says:

The only way to stop her is for EVERYONE to unsubscribe from her channel and to NOT give her any more views. Do you think that will ever happen? I doubt it. People like to check in and see if she’s still around. Eugenia gets the money, the viewers get the drama. Simple as that.

  • Susan Garza says:

Omg finally someone is offering real help instead of judging from afar. Like you said as a society we fail not just Eugenia but each other because people really don’t know how to offer help. It’s so much easier to send prayers or pass judgment.

  • RedClover14 says:

I have a feeling she wont see this. She will probably ignore this part because you told people to report her in the previous part, or if she does see it she probably won’t have any trust in it (especially since each part was released days apart instead of all at once)… I’m still hopefully that it might work though and she finally tries for herself🤞

  • Yesenia Laracuente says:

My prayers to Eugenia, this is so heartbreaking 💔 😢.

  • Celiart SV says:

Dear Abby, she is not interested. She even has her mum wrapped around her finger : she does whatever eugenia wants. She had 3 friends who tried to make her go in a center, and she opposed them. So…

  • Falynn S. says:

Great words & so helpful & empathetic. I pray for Eugenia.

  • Kristita_ says:

Her mother will never let her reach out. That woman is pure evil.

  • Val’s PTSD says:

I feel like I am on death watch. She’s not necessarily a poor lesson. I hope she gets what she needs. Whether that is a peaceful and comfortable death. Or recovery. But her entire adulthood has been recorded for every one to see. For parents who are concerned for their children, she is a lesson. For anyone that aspires to have her body, she is a lesson. In symptoms, in denial, in a body dysmorphia. I hope she isn’t struggling, I hope she is safe.

  • AppleRoad says:

She doesn’t care, as a former anorexic she enjoys living that way. You’ll need to force her tbh and then deal with her emotional distress until she gives up. Eventually when her brain is more noruished and she can think clearer she will realise how ill she was and prefer her new life even if she still hates her ‘new’ body. Stop tip toeing around her, she will continue to manipulate and deny you have to detach.
