    I have intolerance to casein..

  • @driiifter says:

That’s actually an insane body recomp for just dieting, which is ideal for most people because most people don’t want to work out. Seriously, I don’t think normal people understand how insane of a body recomp that is.
I think this is why I don’t have teeth issues. I drank lots and lots of milk and had access to vitamins growing up. Milk is like the poor person’s super food, even if you aren’t getting tons of calories per day, if you drink milk you’re getting good nutrients.

Sad how some whole foods got demonized by the food industry, glad they’re making a comeback 🥚🧈🥩🥛. Thank you Autumn. 💪❤️🇨🇦

I love that cottage cheese bowl. It’s the best thing to end the day with. Light, delicious, and nutritious.

  • @Shelleyb4028 says:

Great info, as always, thank you Autumn!!

I’ve been wanting to ask about your dairy re introduction for awhile, so thank you!! Super helpful…. I can easily eat parm everyday and use your protein powder a few times a week. I don’t know why I’ve been so nervous about trying greek yogurt/skyr, it makes sense with the fermentation process…. the only symptom I get is a stuffy nose and maybe puffier eyes in the morning, never a digestive symptoms 🤷‍♀️

  • @TheLadySomerset says:

Hi. I was listening to a doctors pharmacy podcast and he was saying how dairy drastically increases inflammation in the body. I’d just got into your viral cottage cheese bowl so this floored me! Can you explain why you don’t have this view please? Thank you 🙏🏻

  • @thedupontnest says:

Raw dairy is what did it for me!! My gut tolerates raw milk and cheeses (as well as aged cheeses) so well. I make my own cottage cheese by clabbering the raw milk on the counter (so the beneficial enzymes aren’t lost) and my gut looooves it!!

  • @aria9615 says:

Oh I can relate sooo much to the dentist/cavities thing! I also never drank milk as a child.

  • @sheralynfeeney-smith4451 says:

This whole video is completely true. Before following you,i had constant stomach upsets, stomachaches , bloating etc. Since starting this way of eating I’m finally losing weight, no more upset and i can eat all the dairy. Not to mention i feel great, and my joints almost are discomfort free.

  • @lindseystewart3194 says:

My son has had 2 surgeries under full anesthesia due to cavities. Since introducing dairy, he hasn’t had any more cavities! He was previously dairy free due to intolerance, however I started introducing high quality yogurt and raw milk and he hasn’t had any issues.

    • @christina6308-z says:

I feel like we are going back to our roots. Like how our grandparents and their grandparents used to eat – eliminating the sugar poisons in the western diet and going back to real whole foods that so many faddy kind of diets vilify. Thank you Autumn!

  • @samanthakennedy4416 says:

Autumn, can you speak to those of us that are sensitive to casein and not lactose. Are there steps to take to integrate dairy? I currently take Fatty 15 to make up for the lack of full fat dairy (or any dairy) in my diet.

    🌞 Thanks, Autumn! ⚘️
Eggs and cheese are my go-to!
    Cheers!

Vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh mint, chia seeds and fruit is the best dessert

  • @billbale3200 says:

I make my own yogurt. Besides using the A2 milk for it, I make it in my Pro Instant Pot and ferment it for 22 hours. This uses up considerabe lactose, enough that my yogurt is a bit sour. Most yogurt from the store in done in 10 hours or less. I also make milk kifer which is naturally low lactose. Makes good cheese too.

    • @jupeter24 says:

awesome! I’ve wanted to get an Instant pot, but I have too many other kitchen appliances 😂😂

  • @janettemitchell1176 says:

I usually use almond milk fortified with calcium and B vitamins however I was worried about the other additives such as vegetable gum (gellan), ascorbic acid etc.
I found out that the vitamins and minerals added to this type of product are poorly absorbed compared to those naturally occurring in dairy.
I just tried my very first A2 Goat milk in a smoothie literally 1 hour ago. So far so good.

  • @melodyanderson7914 says:

I have recently introduced some small amounts of raw cheese however I cannot tolerate dairy (pasteurized). Trying raw cheese in small amounts first and then will try raw milk to see if I tolerate that differently. Raw milk is very hard to find in my state.

  • @devaneyroldan5677 says:

This is fascinating! My husband is lactose intolerant but he can have Greek yogurt and some cheeses. This makes a lot of sense! Thank you ❤
