    What if you rinse off the sardines before you consume them? Would that get rid of the micro plastics on the surface of the fish?

    Microplastics also in oils & fats if they’ve been sold in plastic bottles or containers.

    Also, the metal lids of cans usually have a plastic coating as well, so probably avoid scraping food off of them.

    Micropastics are particularly dangerous for people who have clogged arteries… But someone who is lean and has regular saunas a small amount of microplastics is not a serious problem you should articulate that…. How many studies have there been done with mice

      it depends. Some people have good detox genes some dont. These compounds are called forever chemicals for a reason. I would do some blood work

    We should spread more awareness about the damage microplastics and especially nanoplastics do to us. Most recent research shows that particles in the nano scale are the ones our body has trouble getting rid off the most and caus chronic inflamation.
    Another thing that wasnt mentioned in the video is the importance of having filters for drinking water. Not all filters are the same and reverse osmosis ones are probably the best for now for filtering out plastic particles.

    I did see where one, and I did ask the right question which is what about protein powder’s since all protein powders are stored in plastic containers. Is there any study being done on these powders? Asking because I do work in a supplement store and was wondering as well!

    Major source of micro plastic is from air and water, not food. So what is the point in changing up your food, when it is impossible to avoid it in every breathe you take?
