  • @adamd9418 says:

While I question some choices, I can’t argue with your blood work which is amazing!

  • @Dan-dg9pi says:

I am trying to make the numbers add up on protein. If you only eat fish 3-4 times a week and rarely eat red meat, then how do you get all the protein you need? I know there is some protein in dairy products, but does that mean that a large percentage of your protein comes from supplements?

  • @user-df5ym9dv5g says:

I’ve just received my bloodwork, everything is normal, I still feel like sht.

  • @LVArturs says:

What do you think Siim, is regular store bought milk fine to consume? (at a rate of about 400ml 5 days a week; and my region is also Baltics)
Because there are longevity specialists like Novos, who rage against milk due to galactose and other ageing compounds..

    • @TheMornox says:

Most people are mildly intolerant to unfermented milk due to genetics. I’d recommend fermented milk products, these are widely linked to positive or at least neutral health effects. Most cheeses, natural yogurt, kefir, these kinds of things.

    • @SiimLand says:

Yogurt appears to be better but no human trials show galactose intake in moderation is bad, only animal studies

  • @Project.Andrew says:

Nice video. I appreciate your style and how you back things up with studies. Keep up the good work.

  • @xaadadaa says:

How to lower ApoB? and what increases it

  • @lemner1 says:

We should remember that you are very young, and your results will change.

  • @DonnaLHaney says:

The old Zone Diet is very similar to this. Created by an engineer, Dr. Sears. His latest book is “The Resolution Zone” is worth a read.

  • @orion9k says:

I am doing 2-3grams proteins per kilo body weight. A wild guess, I think my protein intake is probably around 40%-65% of my daily calorie intake.

I also get my fats from:
    *Fishoil (2grams)*
    *Nuts (wallnuts(3-5), Pecan(6-10) nuts and nigella seeds(1tspoon)), cocoa (5-10grams)*
    *Butter(5-10grams)*
    *Ground beef(40-60grams)*
    *Eggs(2-6)*
    *Olive oil(2-4 spoons)*

And I get around *100-120 grams of carbs* per day.

    • @naturelife418 says:

you only need 1.6g or max 1.8g per kilo. See discussion between mike israetel and xyz youtuber (cant remember the name now)

    • @orion9k says:

@@naturelife418 Yea that’s what they say, but I feel better with this diet, I have experimented with diet for many years and I do a lot of weight lifting and active.
If I start eating less proteins, I start gaining more fat on my body, and I don’t want that.

    • @MochaZilla says:

@@orion9kexactly just do what works for you man. Ppl always want to quote some YT personality because they trust what they say, but often, these ppl forget of something called “bio-individulaity.”” We all have different needs, and no two bodies require the same inputs. Some people eat 300+ grams of protein per day, and its exactly what THEY need.

    • @orion9k says:

      @@MochaZilla 💯% Facts 🙏

  • @peacelove4829 says:

Would love to see you interview Dr. Li Williams both of you are very smart on how food can help improve your health.

  • @j.davila4523 says:

    Would you recommend bryan’s blueprint

  • @lorrains.robinson1404 says:

    eat everything with moderation

  • @helloman5576 says:

    Salt/sodium?

  • @SilverFan21k says:

    Honestly cool thumbnail and topic

  • @PRA2Music says:

What do you think about Markus Rothkranz (The Healthy Life) latest video about dairy products and its estrogens? I usually agree with pretty much everything you say, and everything he says – yet he is against dairy and you do eat cheese. So, I would love to hear your opinion on that.

  • @rickanna8662 says:

The info in this video is golden. I used to watch your videos 5ish years ago, you’ve really grown and refined your recommendations. But! I miss your sense of humor!! You used to include off the wall clips that tied everything together in a back-to-reality kind of way. Bring back the clips please. 🙏

    • @SiimLand says:

Thanks! It’s a mixed opinion about the funny clips and I feel my channel has grown faster after I stopped adding them.

  • @pulqueeve says:

    Thank you!

  • @ilevitatecs2 says:

I think the vast majority of your audience is from outside the EU and noordcode doesnt ship outside of it

  • @coolingvexation3226 says:

Should we be concerned about bird flu outbreak for dairy sources
