    What I noticed, and liked, was that the portions were smallish. So many eateries serve huge portions. Make smaller portions and charge less.

    I havent had a big cheat day in a minute. I might have a bite or this or that but not a whole meal. Last weekend we went out for ramen and I ordered it with kale noodles letting my brain think I was doing good but omg it was soo amazing!!! I enjoyed every bit of it without any guilt!! We had such a nice family time together that night which made it even more worth it. I always remember what you said in one of your videos…dont miss out on the memories…Just enjoy the food and the moments and you know what you need to do after to get back on track. I always think about thatโค

    I’ve lost 285 lbs and I have more to lose. I have dercums disease which causes extreme obesity in most people that have it. I stick to low carb to even maintain…because even a little cheat will show a gain the next day๐Ÿ˜ข

    If I had all those fries, more fries, drinks, carbs, and calories, the cravings would soon return. A cheat day for me right now is low carb bread or tortillas and corn in simmering soup. Big whoop.

    I just came back from Chicago and believe it or not, they had keto deep-dish pizza on the menu of Giordanos! I was in heaven. I allowed myself some Garrett’s popcorn and a Chicago dog but besides that, stayed low carb/keto. I came back weighing less than I did going (after losing 16 lbs with the help of this channel) but walked a ton in the heat so maybe that’s why.

    From what I’ve learned through research recently it’s actually good to have a cheat day every 3 to 4 days. Intermittent fasting with three days High healthy fats and low carb and then a high-carb low-fat day. When your metabolism plateaus after several days of low to no carb, having a Carb Day kicks it back up and helps with fat burning and weight loss๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ‘
