Sign me up the day Wendys makes a Frosty flavored protein shake πŸ˜†

    • @stephaniehall-oween838 says:

We need this!!! I HATE the taste protein shakes and this might make it good!

    • @LindaC616 says:

I use Tera’s Whey, both chocolate and vanilla, with milk. Works for me.
It can be expensive, but I found it the first time at TJ maxx, of all places. Bought one can for $8-10, took it to my dietitian, she loved the idea, and thanked me for the new product recommendation, I went back, and the other canisters were all gone 24 hours later😒

    • @karenmccracken says:

I finally figured out how to make my protein shake taste like a Frostee! I love it.

    • @BBYNANNA says:

This was my exact thought πŸ˜‚ somebody needs to tag the Wendy’s pr team so they can make a protein powder

  • @stephaniehall-oween838 says:

    Yes!! πŸ’―

  • @luisabolado says:

what protein powder do you drink? ive been looking for a good one!

  • @BeeBeeMacGee says:

Abbey has become so woke that she’s going in the complete opposite direction. Instead of promoting healthy eating, she is obsessively throwing it in our face that food that is less nutritious should be celebrated when a person decides to eat that way.

I feel like she hardly ever gives examples of ways to promote health for longevity, and is just obsessed with being liked by people for her apparent views on treats. πŸ™„

    • @zetadoubleu says:

i think it’s because she suffered from and ED and a lot of other people that watch here also have/still do deal with that. fearing foods that are β€œunhealthy” and always avoiding them doesn’t help and can even make things even worse. and let’s be for real if you don’t think these health and fitness β€œinfluencers” don’t ever hear a frosty or idk a double cheeseburger from time to time they are LYING

    • @joegomez5463 says:

I actually agree with Abbey here though. Real life is unbalanced, and sometimes youll have / want those treat meals. If youre super Obsessed about making every meal balanced, and only healthy. There is a [D. E.] That fits that, callled Orthorexia. HOWEVER, I think it’s a little facetious that a lot of Abbey’s career was spent critisizing “What I eat in a day” and giving her advice on how to make this meal as whole and balanced as possible, and scrutinizing every little thing (Which in some cases was cherry picked), then she goes “But its okay bro, eat what you want!”, Later. Lol. I understand sometimes our viewpoints change, but it just seems sort of wishy washy to me personally.

    • @CreoTan says:

The point is that it’s okay to treat yourself because trying to completely ignore your cravings or things that make you happy will make you miserable. Notice how she got a small frosty and not a giant large sized oneβ€”she’s being mindful about what she wants instead of binging and feeling ashamed

    • @jimmymacnutrition6628 says:

Exactly. Everything in moderation so nobody gets offended. She eats 100 different junk foods all in moderation as part of a balanced diet. πŸ˜‚

    • @suzq2744 says:

Try β€œNutrition Babe” aka Ilana Muhlstein also here on YouTube, she’s a Registered Dietitian too but focuses more on health longevity where Abby is more focused on helping people overcome ED’s and disordered eating. They are both helpful in their own ways but if you are looking for more healthy recipe ideas Ilana is really great! Hope this helps!πŸ’―πŸ’š

  • @Ashweee223 says:

A protein shake and a frosty, girl, you have a stomach of steel! I’d be spending my morning on the porcelain throne after having both of those. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  • @stormrunner9854 says:

Sometimes I make a protien oatmeal for breakfast. Other days I eat chocolate cake and a protien shake and call it good. Today was one of those days.

  • @izzygraff2026 says:

I really needed this. I just finished rock climbing with my boyfriend and he asked where I wanted to go eat and I just immediately broke down because I’ve been trying to eat more healthy (with the help of an educated sports nutritionist and a therapist who specializes with eating disorders) and I just felt like if I didn’t eat perfect I shouldn’t eat at all. After some help calming down we went and had a super great lunch together. And then I see this and it was a good reminder that I didn’t do anything bad. I was just listening to what my body needed at the time

    • @213243D says:

I used to drink beer almost everytime i went climbing with my friends I made there when i started climbing πŸ˜‚ some of them even tried to build muscle but we would still drink beer to hang out

    • @Raquelinax says:

awwww. when i was in college i used to go to the gym with my best friend and we’d go straight to chick fil a after HAHAHAHA but honestly we were happy and still fairly healthy

  • @cindycabral9184 says:

Love the tiny cup still on watchful mode but enjoying a sweet treat in moderation

  • @cindy2727 says:

Intuitive eating and balance work just fine if you aren’t a sugar addict.

    • @soybean3423 says:

You’re right or a junk food addict in general. If I listened to what my body craves I’d be eating junk food every day, all day. You sometimes hear of people who feel physically bad after eating too much junk food… well… sadly I do not have that problem!

    • @DaMaG3d-G00d5 says:

You won’t be a sugar addict when you stop saying you can’t have sugar.

Why not… the frosty.. and the protein powder in the frosty? Not trying to be healthy thinking about trying it myself.

  • @makeupbyjessx13 says:

Thank you for continue to teach this. As someone who is all or nothing when it comes to food (currently on Wegovy & losing weight & has naturally black or white thinking), I tend to be very restrictive and obsessive about my food even during a lifestyle change. Since I found your channel a couple months ago, it’s REALLY helped me find that balance of being good but also still saying yes to ice cream & things I enjoy and creating healthy boundaries with food. Instead of restricting & declining the ice cream date yesterday, I said yes, only got a single scoop of ice cream and had the BEST time with a friend. SO glad I did that where I normally would’ve said no and felt guilty about saying no and restricting myself in the long term. Cannot thank you enough for teaching healthy food behavior❀

  • @ShineyNickel1976 says:

I love the balance that you teach. But you know what I also love. My protein shake frozen and blended in my ninja creami! My goodness so much yummier and creamier than a frosty! πŸ˜‹πŸ€€
